My twins see Dr. Jen and the Impact Orthodontics team for Invisalign treatment. Everyone is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had the most amazing experience coming here for my daughter's first consultation appointment. I didn't really know what to expect but I had great pre-appointment communication via email and text, then had amazing service from all staff in the building from when I walked in to leaving. They made me, my daughter and my two younger children who had to come along feel welcomed and cared for. We had our first appointment at Impact and were immediately impressed by the bright and kid-friendly office space and pleasant greeting. We were very well-informed on orthodontic options for my daughter and given plenty of time to ask questions. It was a very pleasant experience and my daughter is very excited to start treatment.

This office is absolutely fantastic! All of the staff are so friendly and fun and they have made my daughter's experience with Invisalign so wonderful! She now has a perfect smile thanks to the team at Impact! My younger daughter will be starting her journey soon and we know we will receive the absolute best care once again!

I have had all my three daughters doing their orthodontics with Impact. The clinic is very modern and up to date with the latest, they use a lot of cool technology that is easy to follow and are super responsive to patients’ needs. They will help you deal with insurances and various payment models. They always respond to your concerns.

This is where my daughter is getting her invisalign! You'll get a great first impression as soon as you walk in. The office is very nice. Patricia has been really great. She was very thorough with her explanations of everything and really took the time to walk us through all of our options. They have great payment plans that you can cater to your needs! I've met both doctors there and both are amazing too!

We absolutely love Impact Ortho. The entire staff is so caring and go above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable with every step of the process. They honestly look forward to visiting the office for their appointments :)

I took my 6.5 year old son to Impact for an initial consultation upon the referral of our dentist. Impact called me promptly after receiving the referral and was able to book us in within a few days. I was impressed with all of the staff that we dealt with, including the treatment coordinator, Patricia, and the orthodontist Dr. Dena. Everything was explained in easy to understand language for my son and he was at ease the entire appointment. He does not require further treatment at this moment, but we will be back in a year to monitor the concerns. I am confident when my son does require some work on his teeth in the future we will be going with the team at Impact!
