BluArc is an absolutely fantastic service provider. As a non-client they bailed me out of an outage caused by a conflict between a provider and the provider of the underlying technology that took almost a full week to resolve. While we were out, a call to BluArc and they had a temporary solution in place to bring internet up when we had none. It wasn’t long before we formally switched to them. I have since changed jobs to a new organization and once again have switched to BluArc. Their service is exemplary but where they really stand out is their customer service. They don’t talk around a problem if it ever arises. They resolve it and fast. If you’re shopping around - stop. BluArc is your best bet.

I have used bluArc for years—literally transformed my business. With the ability to work from anywhere, and now with their mobile app, the functionality is even more fantastic.As for manageability, I can add extensions, change settings within the system, set up call groups, and more all from my laptop, iPad or phone.Honestly, the hosted scenario is the way to go... not sure why anyone would want to be their own phone company in this day and age having to manage a VoIP box in a closet. I'd rather spend my money wisely and have someone manage upgrades and support for me.In all... Highly recommend bluArc to anyone serious about business.

We love our BluArc phone and internet. We moved over from one of the big providers about 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. The customer service is super responsive, the call quality is very high and the feature set is great (like call forwarding, ringing on the cellphone, voicemails as email attachments, etc). The auto attendent and system also makes our business look more professional.

We moved to bluArc in the summer of 2018. They proved to be cheaper than our previous self-hosted system.Our previous provider decided to cancel our service early without telling us. I attempted to contact their support but was sent in circles. What a mess! I called bluArc and they stepped up like champs. Had us operational in a couple hours.In September tornadoes caused havoc in the Ottawa area, and our office was without power for a few days. Our phone system through bluArc remained operational.I'm very happy with our move!

We switched our downtown campus' onsite Nortel Meridian1 PBX 4 years ago...and more recently our Orleans campus to BluArc Hosted PBX voice & data and we couldnt be more pleased.The transition from legacy to hosted PBX was seamless with little to no downtime, and we were up & running within a couple of hours.Easy to administer web interface, feature rich IP based phone system and excellent customer support!Would highly recommend!

We have been with Bluarc for over 15 yrs and they were the Best VOIP phone company until they got bought out by GoCo. Now their Customer Service and Tech support are terrible as you can never get service right away. I have tried emailing them and calling their support # but have to wait days to get anything fixed or for anyone to call me back.Frustrated and looking for another supplier..

We at Bourdon & Guay, CPA inc are very satisfied with bluArc IP phone services. Their customer service is wonderful and are always available to answer any question we have. Our firm is based in the Montreal region and the distance as No impact.All our employees are teleworkers and bluArc makes it possible with their IP phone, Group Calls that can easily be managed through their online management system and low cost.Their services are very personalized and their personnel are courteous and concerned with our satisfaction. We are looking forward for the French platform that is not available but on the way. We highly recommend bluArc.

We have had nothing but great service and performance since CWWA switched to BluArc for our phones. While we have an office, we all work remotely a lot. BluArc has been a reliable system to forward all calls and to get messages to my email account - accessible anywhere. i would gladly recommend them to any other association.
