I rarely write letters of recommendation for companies or websites. However, I would like to say that this company is the very best at customer service and very professional in all that they do. They never have any problems communicating with their clientele. Nina, the wonderful lady who works in the office at Premium Springs is always congenial friendly and willing to explain anything I ask. Eric, the delivery gentleman is also congenial and friendly and is also polite and willing to answer any concerns I may have. I highly recommend Premium Springs to anybody who is looking for a Number 1 water company. I guarantee they'll prove value wise to any establishment or organization and their rates are truly affordable.

I changed to Premium Springs because their coffee K-pods were a little bit less expensive and they were in biodegradable packaging. But I have found everyone really prefers the coffee over the other common office coffee brands (even what we found at the grocery store). I really appreciate that Premium Springs sends me an email a few days before they come to my area so I always remember to check my stock. Thanks for making office coffee easy.

Today I was taken by surprise when my door bell rang and (Jaz) our delivery guy took it upon himself to set up our water stand we've left outside and filled it up with our new water. Talk about great customer service. Thanks so much for your initiative today Jaz!

I've received nothing but amazing service and water from Premium Springs Water. They've been really great with my requests and their delivery service is impeccable.Premium Springs will work with you to get whatever you need. They have a killer promo for new customers, which everyone should take advantage of. If you have a request, they will do their best to make you happy.I get their BPA free bottles with spring water. I haven't seen too many companies that give you this option. I will definitely be staying with these guys for a very long time.
