Paid for a Polytechnic pass through honk, as I have for months. Parked in a lot with a Polytechnic bill board where I have been parking 3 days a week for the last 3 weeks. They ticketed me, confused, I phone to have it figured out. Woman on the phone shouted at me. Nasty people, dirty money, will fight you tooth and nail for it. I had an issue on the past as well where I was ticketed in a similar situation but I had bought a physical ticket for the dash, they were willing to resolve. I took that opportunity to ask questions about other lots associated with Polytechnic to avoid this happening again, still it did. Run your business better. Take better care of your customers. Will not be buying anymore passes, no point if they ticket you anyways, I’ll just walk.

Now I understand why this place has so many hated. Just paid for a ticket that they told me they will resolve it and I won’t have to pay a single penny couple month back. They said it’s because I didn’t send them an Email to dispute my ticket which I did lot of times before I have to come to the office in person. At first I thought the staff there are good people because they spend half an hour just to help me out why the email didn’t went through and making sure I did dispute the ticket (which it was all their doing on computer and I was dumb to believe that), I feel relieved after they told me they will fix the machine that didn’t accept any payment and I won’t have to pay for the ticket (straight up lie). I hope you guys will go out of business in no time, karma will come to those who lied and treat customers like it’s not their job (they got pay for what they supposed to do which they did not do).I wish no one will have to go through this scam that’s happened to not only me.Parklink, do better, read what your customers have to say about you and fix the problem. Thank you and hope to never see you again just to get scam.

This company is a scammer and unreliable . Avoid parking with them, they sent me a ticket of $104.75 through CCRA Collection agency. Too bad experience with them.

Stopped in an empty lot for 10 minutes running things down from my apartment (it’s right beside the door, away from the car for 2 minutes at a time at most) and end up with a ticket. When I talked to the guy and explained the situation all he had to say was “you shouldn’t even stop for one minute without paying” fair enough that I didn’t pay but not much room for understanding/being human in their policies IMO

Make sure you don't go over your time at all. 30 min late and a $50 ticket, $35 if you pay with 7 days. I took the maximum amount of time but they only offered 2hrs. If you can't park in the street park at midtown.

Horrible experience with this company. My ticket was issued a time ago and when i phoned to dispute they told me it would be dismissed. Months later i get letter saying my ticket was forwarded to collections. The female i spoke to on the phone (in Saskatoon) was incredibly rude and said that no one in this office would have said ill dismiss your ticket". Back in September i was told by a representative that it would be.Horrible company

I honestly wish I could give a lower than 1 star rating. First off, would like to start by how absolutely abhorred I am by the lack of ANY customer service skills by anyone I have spoken to here. Calling in to inquire about disputing my parking ticket was met with hostility and sarcasm (based on the previous review answers from Precise Parklink they do not recognize this and seem to either immediately defend their employees rash behavior or is ignored entirely). It seemed impossible to have anything dealt with simply based on the fact that 1- I could not not even get a full sentence out without the representative interrupting, and 2- based on the fact that every answer I got was demeaning and rude. Management here should be ashamed by their lack of training in customer service. The whole reason I received a ticket was because on a -47 degree celsius day their meter would not function properly (shocker). I ended up just paying the ticket because it seemed worth it to never have to deal with these clowns. This awful company should be boycotted.And for the record, I would love to have the audio from our phone conversations reviewed.

Avoid parking with them at all costs they are inreliable and will scam you out of your money. I paid for parking on their machine and was never printed a recipt twice. Come back later to find a ticket on my car but i already overpaid for parking that day because the machine wasnt filled with any paper. Dirty company.

I may only be adding to an already overwhelming number of negative reviews, but suffice it to say, doing any business with Precise Parklink is a mistake. This is based on years of interaction with this company. In my experience, if they have any excuse to arbitrarily demand money from you, no matter how insignificant or poorly justified, they will do so--see any of the other reviews for examples of ways they may gouge you. If you were unfortunate enough to give them personal information for a parking pass, you can expect them to give that personal information to a collections agency in order to pressure you into paying them. I can only speculate that their business survives on a lack of competition.They are, in my opinion, unethical and predatory, and I urge others to avoid making the same mistake I did: Do not do business with this company. Park on the street somewhere else if you have to. The trouble of a longer walk is, in my estimation, significantly less than the trouble you'll experience if you do business with Precise Parklink.
