Municipal court – Point of service for the eastern island of Montréal

Faudrait arrêter de prendre les gens pour des cons, les numéros pour les paiements passent a un rythme effréné mais le guichet pour information générale a fait un numéro en 45 min. La madame jase avec sa voisine de guichet!

Drove there through Montreal traffic with everything block thanks to orange cones only to have the doors shut down on me. And it's the only place you can pay in person, mind you there's 5 others courts on the island.

Someone who speaks ENGLISH would be nice. You think educated people would work for the government... This would never happen anywhere else in Canada.

Service is great ......employees are understanding

Worse service for citizen

Pro: New and empty?Con:1. Poorly maintained, visible black scratches on many walls are left untouched, acceptable for a court house?2. Arrogant and rude staffs, lack of professionalism and manners. The front desk doesn't know how to guide the public, the securities are all over the place but not in the court room when needed to be.This small court house is a joke, located inside of a mall, the staffs' behavior makes people wonder if they have gone through proper training or if they know the basic manners.There's one Arab security who is quite something, he doesn't bother to be present in the court room when it's opened to the public, him and his colleague are always relaxed, not doing much but mostly try to find chances to stare at the young female prosecutors' butts and swinging their arms all day.Good luck if you are told to go to that mall.

J’ai perdu tout espoir en le système de justice Québécois. Ce que j’ai constaté dans cette cours municipal me démontre bien que la bureaucratie à pris le dessus sur la justice. Débutant des procureurs qui vous déplacent de salle en salle, au juge qui préfère prendre certain dossier que d’autres. Je vous averti, si vous avez une date prévue de soir deplacer la! Rien ne vaut la misère que vous risquez de subir.

10 counters , only 2 open !!!! Been here for 2h30 , just to pay a parking ticket , service is way wayyyyy to slow unbelievable!!!!
