Their products are the most expensive you can find. They claim no tax" on their items but it's built into their prices and they are still more expensive than Amazon {which has a perfect return/ refund system if you need it} and other stores that sell the same items. This place is soooo high priced

I became a customer a few years back. I ended up getting a Phillips Cpap machine, and it was effective. I got regular calls for follow up and maintenance. A couple years back, Phillips put out a cease using order, and a recall on the machines, promising to replace machines that were of a certain group of serial numbers, which mine was. I'm still waiting on the replacement, and I have had no follow up contact from the Snore Shop in two years to see how I was doing. I'm a little disappointed.Mike Anthony

I have never seen any staff at this location with an unhappy face. This tells you how happy they are doing what they do. Everybody is so happy to see me back every time and to help me. Very good service and very knowledgable people. I thank them for following up with me every few months. They are just exceptional!

It’s great to see the therapist and get set up and to have them explain what’s going on, but their retail prices are insane. Everything they sell is marked up 2x or 3x the online prices. They really need to have a look at the business model because that just feels like abuse, to be honest.

I purchased a back up battery here for my daughter's Bi pap machine..The rest of my daughter's equipment came from Vital air.We had problems with it,and I contacted them,They did return my call after a few days,and Resmed sent a replacement battery.We then had issues still,and it seemed unlikely that two battery's were the issue,so I reached out to them weeks ago,asking for someone to call me to help solve our issue.We received no call back ever....I then reached out to Vital Air,and they emailed me right away,got in contact with Resmed and they helped explain what the problem was...I will never bother this business again.Very poor relationship with customers who depend on this equipment that is vital to their health and well-being.....Do not recommend,,go to Vital Air!.

The service and follow-up was excellent. This is a life changing adjustment, and the guidance, direction and patience of the staff made all the difference to me.I have been using a cpap machine for the last 4 months, and I attribute my success to the support I received, truly.There is so much more involved, then simply purchasing a cpap machine. Which I am now aware of. Grace

I am traveling through Nova Scotia, with family and friends, we are all from South Carolina. I had left a piece to my C Pap machine, needless to say my wife wasnt sleeping. I contacted the Snore Shop in Halifax, stopped by and the staff there was amazing!!!! They gave me my piece free of charge, and said enjoy my vacation.

I was sent to this place from my Doctor.The staff was nice.I was the border for the insurance to cover the cost. She ask me if I suffer from depression. I said yes. I requested a note from my doctor and It was accepted by my insurance.
