This company did all of the plumbing and HVAV work in my brand new home. There have been several things that have leaked causing damage and when I contacted them to inform them of the issues they take my phone # say they will get back to me, they NEVER get back to me. I would think that a company that does that much work for a customer should be diligent with warranty issues. When the a/c didn't work properly in the spring (the first time I turned it on) they took 2 weeks to come and make repairs. This is an unacceptable time frame. The last problem has been 7 weeks and still no phone call. Terrible customer service and many lies.

paid a lot of money for a new heating system for shop had problems rite away they fixed a leak once still having issues i call and no one returns calls very poor service on a boiler they supplied and installed would NOT recommend company to anybody.

This is the 2nd time I have requested service from them. We are nearby! They installed our HVAC. I have requested service. They said, “ok”. I wait, wait and wait some more. NO REPY. Weeks go by.This last time my AC is dead. They say ok, get back to you. Weeks later not one phone call. I. asked and the girl says, “we are busy”. Dah, I guess. I asked if someone can call me within a week to give an estimate as to when they might attend. She said yes, someone will call. It has now been 3 months. NO ONE CALLED. They don’t care one iota. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Lack of interest and poor customer care!I use Daryl’s Heating and Cooling and they were great. Came within a few days and did what they said they would on budget. That is is customer service!DONT USE SANDY’S HVAC. You will be disappointed. They don’t care!!!!!

Responsible and honest HVAC family business; easy to work with. Inventory product and replacement parts to ensure customers are first priority.

DO NOT RECOMENED. Installed heat pump, been 1 year and it still doesn't work, they come out to fix it" and just disconnected it and did NOT update us of this. Very unprofessional

Had an issue with being over charged on a bill have waited weeks to hear back about an adjustment. Still waiting for a return phone call. Ridiculous customer service. Do not recommend.

Absolutely disgusted with this business! I have used them in the past for a furnace installation with no said issue. I than thought I’d continue to support their business, in October 2021 I contacted them about an installation of a laundry tub and other work they said they were busy and would put me on the list and would hope to have it set up for early 2022. I have since contacted them multiple times and they continue to say they will get back to me with no reply. It is now end of April 2022 and still have not had a response to my calls or been called to set up the service. I do understand the trades are in high demand and busy but this just seems to be lack of respect for the customer.

All of a sudden we noticed our water had stopped working.I called Sandy Hamilton Plumbing and they arrived first thing in the morning.The workers checked everything out and noticed that the wires just before the pump where frayed, however the pump was still good, thankfully.I would highly recommend them as their office staff and tradesmen are very professional and helpful.ThanksBill & Jen

called twice for service for ground source system installed by a company they purchased [northern]. first call was Jan 19th and still no reply to date......since called another shop and was taken care of.

Requested an estimate to install a propane system in a new build. Talking with receptionist two times, then with the sale person Tom over a week period. Send all the info required. This is the fourth week and after 2 messages left still nobody called back with some numbers. Ridiculous interest from this company for business. My recommendation is stay away.
