Friendly, happy and willing to help. Every staff member is so nice and will do their best for you. Even when I was in a pinch and needed a prescription when I was about to leave town or was too sick to leave the house they delivered it to my door with no issue and fast to boot. I could sing their praises all day.

Manager is great but the employees are rude, no matter how kind you are to them. They don’t look happy to help their customers and will shut you down and tell you go to another pharmacy.Disappointed I couldn’t get a free blood meter after losing mine & I was denied insulin because they couldn’t verify if I had ODB.Would be nice if they were more welcoming with a smile and ready to help their customers 100%

The staff here are some of the most caring people anyone could ask for in their lives. They actually care about their clients and are compassionate, empathetic and sympathetic. Vaughn, Rhonda, Kim, Jennie you have all made my experience wonderful. I would suggest to anyone to switch to this pharmacy.

Just about the friendliest staff I've ever met anywhere! They all truly care about their customers. Open very early during week too.Zero complaints in last 5 years with them. So glad I switched pharmacies when I did. Thanks Mapleland : )

I dont know why weekend staff never answer the phone Ive been calling since 9am and its now 11:05 am and still no answer.Weekday staff are much more kind and efficient in their job.WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING PHONE I NEED MY PRESCRIPTION FILLED!!!!!

I finally figured out how to leave a review. I started with Mapleland IDA when they first opened. The staff is wonderful and always available to answer questions and have a consultation with the pharmacist in private. The staff goes above and beyond other pharmacies and make you feel like they genuinely care about your well-being.
