Had a deal made on an implement that was straight forward no trade and agreed on list price no haggling, was just awaiting delivery when sales manager Keith canceled the deal for no reason other then keeping in case a local customer wanted it instead. Salesman was equally as upset as us but Keith clearly has an ego complex and didn’t care that he just negatively impacted another farm during busy time of year. Feel sorry for local guys if that’s the type of dealership you have to pick from regularly

My father and I looked on google and the hours showed they were open till 3 on Saturdays, as we live almost an hour out of town. We arrived at the parts department at 2, when a worker finally got to the counter we were informed they closed at 2. The service was rushed and not very encouraging to return.
