Same issue… bought classes in 2020 that got postponed and eventually cancelled for obvious reasons. I’ve asked for a refund by email at least 3 times and haven’t ever heard anything back.

Pretty sad to see the way the owner Irene has abandoned people. Not surprised to see reviews of people saying Do the right thing and give people their money back" and seeing articles of small claims case. I was sold a used sewing machine for full retail value because the machines were on "back order". After calling Janome

Shame on your company for stealing not just mine, but so many people's money. I registered for a sewing class and wanted to support a small business. Classes were cancelled and I was promised a refund. After emailing for over a year I have yet to receive my refund. Shame on you!

This place has such a lovely warm vibe. You will leave feeling accomplished in the little time you spend here every week. I signed up for the sewing fundamentals class through and thanks to my experience I intend to take the next level classes too. Very friendly and respectful crowd as well.

Paid over $400 for the bag making class at the end of 2019, and was very patient and understanding when they had to keep rescheduling due to Covid. In the past two years I have tried every form of communication to try and contact them to see about booking once things opened up, or getting a refund. Zero response after several emails and phone calls. Shame on you! That is a lot of money for me that I could have gotten back from my credit card, but because I *thought* you guys had good intentions I kept giving you the chance to do the right thing. And you didn’t. You stole my money. I know I am not the only one. Do not support a business that does not support its PAYING customers!

Paid for a class for me and my partner in 2020. Postponed, obviously. But not heard anything since. No money back, nothing :( I know covid has hit everyone hard but you’re also sitting on money from people who wanted to support a small business. So unfortunate.

I waited over 2 years trying to contact them, by phone call before, plus email communication. I am trying to get my money back with over $100 credit, there is no one there to contact, don't know what to do! My daughter signed up to their sewing class, than COVID hit. Two years is too long to get any answers from this company!!!

I've been so so frustrated by this studio. I enrolled in classes that were postponed due to COVID, which is totally understandable, but then they just stopped responding to emails or DMs and nobody answers the phone EVER. This is shockingly unprofessional and flat our wrong. I have NEVER experienced something this bad before in my life (and judging by the other negative reviews, I am not alone). Thanks for taking something that was supposed to be fun and positive and turning it into the biggest disappointment and let down. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR CLASSES HERE!

Sewing Fun!Above and at the back of the front shop of fabrics and ribbons are the studios. Various levels of classes are two hours with a completed project product. Small class sizes allow teacher student ratio to be close enough that learning becomes easier for demonstrations and hands on experience on sewing machines. Instant reward after trial means having a completed item within the class time learn by watching the teacher then DIY after. For the beginner level with four classes of two hours $160 plus tax will be worth the money spent.

I paid for a class in 2020, my class was postponed three times then nothing. Like people have written here no response to email or phone call. I went to the location and they were no longer there and their neighbors, none of them knew where they went. Really sad I couldn’t take three class. And they took my money.
