Both of my friends got their nose pierced at different days, and I came with for support. The lady was so rude to both of them. Was not comforting at all, my friend wanted to buy cleaning solution and she said to just use her contact solution she has at home.

The customer service here was, and still is amazing. I just got my septum pierced and the whole thing went very smoothly. Yuli is a fantastic piercer and she made sure the whole process went swiftly and safely, and that I was comfortable every step of theway.I'm waiting for the piercing to fully heal, but I will update my review of the actual piercing and it's placement when it's healed.Thanks again for the incredible service, and for putting up with me and my friends shenanigans.
