Every step from booking to drop off and pick up was easy and handled by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Getting an emailed update 'report card' with photos was really fantastic. We will return!

The best facility to one can possibly dream.They took great care of my dog Baidy, no problems even when I had to extend her stay twice.No words can express my appreciation to the staffs. Definitely coming back again!

Nellie arrived and shook like a leaf as I brought her through the doors of Diamond in The Ruff. For no other reason except she kinda sensed that I was going away and this was her first visit away in the dog world. Having used them before I had every confidence that they would make “Nervous Nellie” completely at home.At times she can be 10lbs of demon!Nellie had a Ruby Room and I added extras to the package. She had a great time socializing with humans and dogs her size.I really think she was disappointed to leave.I’m already planning her next visit. We need a break from eachother and she needs to be a dog ! Diamond in The Ruff are the best.

Everest had a great experience there -- if anything he might have been spoiled too much. He was well taken care of, and the staff were great keeping us up to date while we were away from him. We would recommend them anytime for longer duration stays for your pups!

Always a 10/10 experience with Diamond in the Ruff! We have a very energetic lab and we’ve used diamond for daycare, grooming and boarding. He’s always super well taken care of by the lovely staff. I couldn’t recommend them more! He’s Lenny’s (our dog) second family ❤️

The owners are terrible people. They are focused on making money and not taking care of your dogs! They have all new staff and they are scared of dogs lol and the owners are clueless. They are dealing with an influx of dogs due to “COVID dogs” and don’t care about your dog’s well being. I would not recommend taking your dog to this facility. They are not good people and do not care about your dogs. Janice (the co-owner) is also incredibly rude and disrespectful. She does not respond to calls or emails ever! Quite confident she’s also racist. Her tone and language is unbelievable and when attempting to speak with her, she has her husband TJ respond. She needs a lesson in customer service. After 2 years of going to this facility on a regular basis and supporting them during COVID and their lowest time financially, I can confidently say I will never go back and you should not trust them to take care of your fur baby. Disgusting!

Took my dog Ozzy here for years and he was treated amazingly and loved it here! When he passed away suddenly, I got a card of condolences from Diamond signed with a note from loooots of people…it was a very thoughtful gesture. My new dog Fudge goes here now and he already fell in love with everyone and vice versa. It’s the best dog daycare around

I have an older greyhound with arthritis and a bad back, he had an amazing time at Diamond in the Ruff for a week. They took care of his special needs and we're very sweet to him. He had a wonderful time!Would 100% recommend to any dog and will definitely be bringing him back.

If we could add a 0* we would. The owners are terrible and this place has gone down hill. When they were struggling during COVID and had loyal customers and we paid their bills and mortgage, they were great. Now they are taking in over 100 dogs and picking and choosing which dogs they want and treating them poorly. Do not support Diamond In the Ruff. Terrible people and the co-owner (specifically the wife, Janice) is not a good person. Her attitude and language is inappropriate. If she treats humans like this, how is she treating your doggy?!

As the owner of a dog with behavioural issues it is wonderful to find a place to leave my dog while we are away and not worry about him being mistreated or forced into situations that trigger his fear aggression. Jess is amazing and Monty loves her, she does not appear to have any problems with him and he does not react scared when we drop him off. I receive photos showing his body language and it definitely puts my mind at ease. Leaving a dog is never easy as they cannot relay any issues to us so knowing he is being well cared for means everything to me.
