We are very proud of where we live. The location is ideal, a short walk to Victoria Park or downtown Kitchener .The building and grounds are always kept immaculate. The lobby is very warm and inviting to our guests. The view of Victoria park and the sunsets are amazing. The apartment's are bright from natural sun and hallways well light well and kept clean.Saul and Alise , even on their day's off are always here to make our living here a pleasant experience.I would not hesitate to recommend Iron Horse Towers to anyone !

This is a great place to live! Large apts with ensuite storage and laundry, heated salt water pool, etc, secure underground pkg, friendly residents, great location, truly wonderful building managers. I feel so lucky and grateful to call this my home.

What a great place to live.. Elisa and Sal do a totally magnificent job of looking after this building and have done so since they started here last year. If you read bad reviews of this building it was from the previous building managers who really did a horrible job and were always confrontational with the tenants and visitors. What a breath of fresh air Elisa and Sal are... Even on days off they are always there to help you in any way that they can. The building is a good mix of families with children, singles,retirees and couples without children...a safe and well run building from top to bottom.

Location is great - close to the Iron Horse walking trail, Victoria Park & St Mary's Hospital.Apartments are spacious, well appointed with great layouts and finishes.Amenities are very good - great saltwater pool, exercise room, community room.Superintendents are wonderful - very hard working and attentive to all issues - as well as very pleasant and approachable.

Iron Horse Towers is a very well kept building and I love my apartment. Sal and Elisa are very friendly hard working managers. I'm happy to be living in a Drewlo building!I moved into the apartment that Jay, the previous reviewer complained about right after he left.As with most apartment buildings you will hear some noise. That is to be expected. What I hear is certainly not excessive. Occasional footsteps in the early evening, that's it!

Elisa and Sal do an amazing job of keeping the building clean and safe. They are attentive to and provide a prompt response to the needs of the tenants. Best building managers I've ever had. Keep up the good work.I think it would be wise to remove the reviews from before Sal and Elisa came, as any negative comments were from before their arrival.

Sal and Elisa are friendly and co-operative managers who have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Thank you.The building and grounds are well maintained and clean.Our apartment was painted top to bottom, carpets were cleaned, the flooring in both bathrooms was updated. We also have a new stove.All in all, this is an excellent place to live.

Iron Horse Towers by Drewlo Holdings Rentals
I have been having problems with my furnace and Sal has been very accommodating to find the issue. I am very pleased with both him and Elisein keeping the building safe and clean. I have been here for over 7 years and they seem to be forever vacuuming the halls or Sal is out making sure the sidewalks are clear and salted. The fire alarms are also tested every month as well. I hope they remain here for a long time.
