Dr. Adam Natsheh

I was a bit thrown off when i first checked reviews on dr. natsheh, now a year later being his patient I can confidently say he was the best doctor I've had so far. He knows what he's doing and will make the right plan for you and I also appreciate that he didn't jump at the last resort right away, we tried a couple of things that didn't work before he put me on accutane. Throughout my whole experience he heard me, reassured me and I felt taken care of in my monthly check ups. I'd like to also thank the ladies at the front desks who understood and made sure to give me the closest open slot whenever I needed to talk about my concerns and each appointment I had I didn't have to wait longer than 15 minutes. He also answered other concerns I had, he never came off as annoyed like other doctors who brush it off, he used the best of his knowledge and gave me the best solution. I came to this office very insecure about my acne now I've left with a confident clear face. Dr. Natsheh truly saved my life and brought back my confidence. Will definitely be recommending him to others

Dr. Natsheh was very kind and knowledgeable. I had skin irritations and after thoroughly checking it, he prescribed me medicine that would help moisturize the affected skin.

Dr. Natsheh used to be my go to dermatologist for all issues. He was kind polite and knowledgeable to deal with. Lately though he seems more irritated and not as friendly as he used to be. He's coming across as more rude and not really caring towards patient needs. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what his issue was. This is extremely disappointing as you are professional getting paid a very high salary compared to most people so the expectation is that you should have a better attitude towards your patients. I think personally he's been doing this for too long and should probably retire. As for me I will be moving to another dermatologist and highly recommend others to avoid that place and go somewhere else. No disrespect Dr. Natsheh but you need to either change the way you behave with patients or retire.

How come anytime you call the receptionist is always and I mean always on another line ? How come no one ever picks up or returns your call ? I’ve called about 5 times at different timings and left a message too but have not gotten a call back nor has anyone ever picked up ?

Not a good experience at all, I felt rushed which I was, and the doctor did not even look closely at my skin, he did not touch my skin or even come close to me during the appt. He is supposed to be a dermatologist, I have skin irritations on my face, neck and scalp, he didn't even get close enough to me to see the irritations, all he did was prescribe me cream and some tablets with 5 repeats, I am assuming so that he won't have to see me again for a while. I did not feel like he put any effort into my appt. at all. I waited months to see him, just to have a terrible experience and the whole appt lasted maybe 3-4 mins before he was off to the next patient and sent me off.

I was referred to another specialist for a followup from this office but my referral was never passed on. I called their office to remind them to refer me but I always get an answering service. Frustrating!

Not gonna lie. Wasn't too thrilled when I saw the rating for Dr. Natsheh. But when he came into the room he was pleasant, happy, kind and just plain nice. He was thorough with asking questions and let me respond and ask questions as well. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He took the time and I in no way ever felt rushed. My issue was a simple one but he took it very serious because it was serious for me. My family doctor referred me to him and I will be telling my family doctor about my very positive experience. Thank you Dr. Natsheh for being a pretty awesome doctor and if I need a dermatologist, I will be back.

I had an appointment with Dr. Natsheh and I thought he was fantastic and professional! He listened to my concerns, gave a solution and allowed me to ask additional questions at the end of my appointment. I really appreciated his help and I would definitely return.

The problem with this place is they are absolutely disrespectful to patients. Reception never picks up and they call you back two days later when you're not available. Reception is not purely to blame. The doctors are fuly aware of this disgusting, arrogant, indifferent system of Reception. I called them because I was breaking out over my entire body and in distress as my condition was getting worse and worse only to get the machine. I get a call back two days later with an appointment that doesn't work for me. I call them back to let them know my availabilty and again the machine... and they never called me back period. This is DISGUSTING behavior. The doctors should be ashamed of themselves for treating people like this. You're just university graduates who passed on borrowed knowledge. You're not above other people. In the end they prescribe a bunch of creams that only make things worse in the long run. STAY AWAY! You're better off diagnosing yourself with dr google. I only gave 1 star because there is no zero stars.

Confining my comments to Dr. Natsheh alone, in a nutshell, he was quite amenable to seeing to my son's matter. Prompt, courteous and post assessment... my boy was treated to a lollipop. While some may view as contrived, I was more taken with Dr. Natsheh's overall conduct. Further, his prescribed treatment saw to a rapid improvement in my son's issue. For that, I am grateful to him. To sum up, putting aside the aesthetics of the building et al, and despite my qualms given the prior reviews, I was thoroughly pleased with him and his treatment. Our thanks to the referring specialist Dr. Janet Starr (and yes, puns aside, she lives up to her surname). In a word, fantastic!
