I ordered two medium pizzas and one large deep dish sweet heat pizza with extra of every topping. The medium pizzas were great but the deep dish that I asked for extra toppings, barely had any on. There was no honey, barely any sauce, barely any cheese and barely any small cup pepperoni. Mind you I paid and ordered for EXTRA toppings. To add to all that, the pizza dough in the deep dish was undercooked. I had to throw out the whole pizza. I’ve thought about calling and complaining but this is not the first time I’ve called about an undercooked pizza. You guys just lost a customer.

Ordered an extra large pizza, deep dish style. Unfortunately the pizza dough wasn’t cooked all the way through, I called back and the manager Kumar arranged for another to be delivered.. I really appreciated that. He even called me after to make sure the new one was perfect. The whole experience was a pleasant one!Seriously nice guy, the management at this location deserves 5 stars, will always order from here, haven’t had any issues before this and I know that even if an accident happens Kumar will make it more than right!Thanks again guys! Happy new year!

Horrible experience. Please educate your staff on what Vegan means. I asked if there were any Vegan slices available, and the staff member pointed at two vegetarian slices that seemed to have dairy cheese, I asked them and they said, yes. This was frustrating. If I didn't check and wasn't suspicious I might have trusted them assuming it was a Vegan cheese and in turn eaten dairy which would make me sick. Please educate.Also, I have gone to this location a couple times previously to try and see if next time was better, and there were no vegan slices available either time. Though this time was astounding being told something was Vegan that wasn't.If you'd like to share your contact details, I'll reach out.

Incredible value for the portion, considering how expensive everything is these days. The crust is crispy and it’s fresh. I’ll definitely come by again in the future!

Their pizza has always been fabulous at this location. The fresh ingredients make such a difference. The one time that it did fall short, they were quick to remake and get a new one to me!

Absolutely horrific experience. They charged for the wrong pizzas and when confronted had the audacity to tel me that it was indeed my mistake and no refunds or reversals could happen because “payment already happened.” They ended up refunding the difference in cash, and I suspect they did this because they did not in fact know how to reverse a credit card payment.Mistakes happen and I completely understand them as a customer, but what I do not understand is the simple lack of respect, quality and decency to take ownership of these mistakes. It is appalling and frankly ridiculous that this happens.Meeha and some bloke with a black t shirt were the culprits.

I used to love Pizzaiolo as they make tasty pizza. But I must say the quality and service at this location has gone down the drain.Very little sauce. And even though I asked for extra ham, I only got a few small pieces, with some slices having none at all.And to make things even worse, the delivery person dropped the pizza at my condo’s lobby… WITHOUT calling. So I ended up with a cold pizza, discovered by chance, and with little toppings.Unacceptable.

I purchased from here 3 times in a row this week; that's how much I'm in love with their taste. I never had Pizza that's tastes way too delicious in my life. Everyone who works there are very welcoming and friendly, especially Kumar.
