This place is absolutely amazing I have bought 2 dresses here in the past and the quality is remarkable!!! The woman who owns the store is so sweet and helpful I definitely recommend.

I stumbled upon coco's on Aug 26 and omg what a helpful owner! She was great at finding me the perfect dress for a sweet 16 party that I had to buy 2 from her since she gave me an awesome deal ! Highly recommend this store and their selection and their pricing is exceptional compared to other places.

Walked in looking for a dress for an engagement party. Was asked our budget and I replied $150-200, and I was rudely cut off by the lady who said they don't have anything for that price there. They had some new styles but most of the dresses were outdated and had damage on them. Overall, Coco'a Couture was extremely overpriced and had terrible customer service. After her response we walked over to to Moniques, where I found a gorgeous dress for $200. The customer service was excellent at Moniques and they had a wide variety of options. Coco's Couture is slow for a reason.

Coco’s Couture has some nice dresses, but the customer service is ZERO. The old lady has no no idea what customer service is. We are looking for a evening dress and we are there for 5 minutes she doesn’t offer any help, on top of that she not to touch the dress. We liked a couple dresses and wanted to get it, but as soon as she said not to touch the dress. That was it, we said let’s buy from somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience on two different occasions. The sales clerk whom I ask her name which is Patricia was helpful she went above and beyond she made me feel comfortable and she found me everything I wanted at a reasonable price I could afford. Thank you so much God bless.

Coco's couture has the worst customer service. They refuse to help customers. We went into the store to find a dress for my wife and daughter, the manager said that we have nothing in your size or price range. We started looking around the store to look at the dresses they had, the manager told us to stop touching the dresses and acted frustrated because we were interrupting her time on the phone. We left the store felling disheartened and headed to the Dress People (in downtown Brampton) which was way better. I suggest you avoid this and go to Dress People near by!

if I could give this store zero stars i would. the manager was so rude and disrespectful. when we asked her to try on a dress she replied with “what’s your price range.” She then said we can’t try on the dress because it wasn’t in our size and she would have to order it (the dress was in our size). She then asked when our event was and we said July (in 5 months) and she said “i don’t think we will be able to get it on time.” overall a horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE!

I went here with my friend a couple months ago to help her look for a prom dress. The owner was very rude to me and told me not to touch the dresses. It wasn't until my friend's mother told the owner that I was looking for a dress" that she started acting nice and letting me look at the dresses. Never coming back here ever."

Super friendly staff. I had gone to other dress stores and could not find a dress my colour nor my size. I had my eye on a dress but was a bit small. Loved how she offered me a solution to help adjust the dress to fit me. They have so many beautiful dresses would recommend.
