I live the store manager but the person Anthony is ugly mean and threatened several times. I had to ask for store manager who I knew he was not over 8 times in which he kept saying he was the manager of my account. Till he finally said he was not there but would be there Monday. I wolove of glory be the company a better score as the manager and other employees are great even when they are unable to work with you due to the rules. They are not rude and do not threaten you like Anthony does.

NOT IMPRESSED!! if i could give no stars i could, i have been paying insurance on my phone for almost 2 years and NEVER had a problem I was told it covers water damage and the phone being dropped or stolen and recently my phone fell out of my hands and the screen broke. THEY SAID THEY WONT FIX IT BECAUSE IT IS NOT COVERED!! WHY WAS I PAYING INSURANCE these last almost 2 years!!!?? thats an extra 7$ a month i would not have had to spend 7*24 months = 168$ i could of saved!! now i have to go out of my way and MY pocket to buy a new phone!! SO DONE WITH EASY HOME NEVER AGAIN!! DO. NOT. RECOMMEND. EVER. Worst of all i only had a few payments left, but why pay for something that isnt working and isnt gonna be fixed when i was told it would be? wheres the justice!!!?? NOPE DONE

Bad review, positive for me. I was looking for a PS5, but because of terrible service I just decided to bite the bullet and buy one out right on marketplace. The girl on I spoke with on the phone was rude and lazy. I had to call her 2 or 3 times just to remind her to send me an email. She was so demeaning, sarcastic, passive aggressive and just plain rude. So after her last rude response I just told her I’m not interested anymore. I was a client in the past with the pembroke branch, they are good. I got my 65 inch TV from them. The plus side of her being so rude, I own my PS5 out right now.

I had a bad experience recently , i did not need that ; i had 3 surgeries in 8 months on my leg and always in pain .I had to deal with a new staff member , his name was Joey ; he was not patient at all and he lost his temper , it was a. painful and bad experience for sure. It seems that i won't go there anymore.

At first i thought the staff were amazing till they kept taking more money than suppose to out of my account then when asked about it they lie. I'm low income I asked for 2 payments that I could afford and they take it all at once then lie and say i never asked for 2 payments. This is manger stephane this is the second time it happens also.My new" table wobbles my tv one of the jacks doesnt work. Im pay full price for tv stand that use to have a fireplace. Ita all a scam. To boot they harass you nonstop of you

Terrible customer service with Joey at Easyfinancial. Wife took out a small loan a few months ago. We had financial difficulties and couldn’t make the first few payments.We tried making a payment a few weeks ago, but they did not accept cash payments (they have since revised their cash policy).Today joey would not let us pay our furniture agreements until a loan payment was made. Pretty sure that is illegal. On the phone he threatened with legal action if we didn’t both come into the store. He basically blackmailed us to make a payment. My wife offered to pay $50 towards the loan and he felt that wasn’t enough. She then offered $100 and that wasn’t enough as well.He was rude and unprofessional in his mannerisms. He made my wife feel uncomfortable by being bossy and felt like she was in trouble. In my opinion this easyfinancial business should be avoided at all cost.Not to mention, my wife is on disability and shouldn’t have received a loan in the first place.

I had a very bad experience with a staff member his name Joey , he lost his control with me with no reason and rude ; not patient at all. And on top of that , he did give up on me wow wow wow , this company always change staff and i don't know why. I have a video of him when he was loosing his patience and will be on the internet soon.
