Amazing place, lady at front was nothing less than classy and has a sexy accent. The spa is extremely clean and it feels homey , although not a huge place it is definitely worth a visit. The oil selections for my massage were really good.Highly recommended!

Such a nice relaxing spa in mid town. Never overly busy and very friendly staff. I love the free stream room in the change rooms. Great atmosphere!

Amazing urban spa, geared towards services as opposed to ‘full day’ spas like nordic ones with jacuzzis. Great experience every time I’ve been and everyone working here clearly cares in delivering said experience! Check out their monthly specials too, good way to spend a weekend day!

Small but has a nice atmosphere. Was expecting the facilities to be a bit bigger but no biggie. I spent the day here for my birthday this year. My 1 hr massage wasn’t the greatest I won’t lie... for some strange reason my therapist had a weird fascination with my feet the entire time. Spent literally half the time on my feet. My facial seemed kind of basic... the room was poorly organized and didn’t have that “spa” feel. I felt like I was getting a facial at a nail salon or something. However, the aesthetician was very nice. Lunch that was provided was basic as well. Didn’t even finish it... had no flavour. The best part of this spa is the saunas and the mini pop up store they have. Unfortunately didn’t get a photo!

Booking here is incredibly hard. At both times I called to book and the person was not interested to book me in at all. I understand that they could be busy but at least offer some options for other days just to show interest. She’s like saying ‘no, nothing’ for everything. I also felt that the very first time I book sometime last year I also had the same experience. Borderline racist maybe sensed it through my accent. They are not friendly at all. I also left a voice message but no reply at all. Are they that busy? Really? I only gave one star because the lady who massaged me last time I came was good. But I figured I just go somewhere else. I believe there are other places you can get really good massage. This is really not worth it.Update: Their management replied (see below). If you don’t treat your customers well it doesn’t really matter if you hire people from all over the world. I wish that they bothered to read my comments well first before commenting. The fact that they don’t know how to handle and address criticism, that just proves my point. This is also not the first time a client commented on the rudeness of their staff.

Very tranquil resting area with friendly staff and got an amazing facial that left me feeling refreshed. Highly recommend to try out their spa services.

I recently received a hot stone massage from Kat and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Management here is really great too and it’s no wonder this is such a reputable spa. I highly recommend describing what you are looking for in your massage treatment so that the front desk can match you up to the appropriate RMT
