Where do i start, hmmm, im a health care provider, i usually have unpredictable schedules. Tj @ kaltire tried his best to accomodate me to install new winters. Unfortunately, i had to cancel the initial appointment due to work. So he booked another one for me.Today, way before the time of my appointment, i decided to pass by and try my luck to come in as soon as they were open. Nathan and lou (not sure if i spelt his name correctly) were very accommodating and did all they could to take my car in within reasonable limits. They acknowledged my stupid schedule and made it happen. They just" managed to SQUOZE me in hahaha. I truly appreciate the level of service these guys and girls offer here. I have found my new go to tire shop. The warranties on the tires they sell is phenomenal. Roadside hazard

Always get my tires from this Kal Tire location. Just purchased another set of winters. Customer service is helpful and gives you great options if you are on a budget or if you are willing to spend a little more on higher quality. Only downfall is they are usually very busy.

Great experience with this Kal Tire location. Ordered my nokian outpost tires over the phone. Dropped off my new rims for mounting and tpms sensors. This shop is very busy but they worked with me and I'm very happy with the end result.

The best tire change experience in town, I've got 35 inches tires installed on my jeep in just 40 minutes, they took care of my wheels and inside the car, like anybody else does. I will always be coming back for sure.Fare price for the best job.

I have a small car where there's not a lot of availability on my tire. Gave me a time frame to call me back to see what he could come up with to give me an informative consultation. Mark is the kindest most communicative and organized associate really attending your needs and giving you options so you can make a fulfilled and diligent decision. He didn't take long to call back!
