Member services only. However, the services they provided are overrated. There is the usual extremely long lineup at the registry. The usual wait time is over half an hour. Being a member does not have any discounts on the registry services. Their insurance is almost always more expensive than other insurance providers due to their small pool. They do have a travel agency on sight, but people may be able to get better pricing online.

I blew a tire in a busy high-speed location with no option to pull onto any kind of side road. AMA sent two drivers, one to protect us from traffic from behind and one to change my tire. They arrived very quickly, understanding the tricky spot I was in, worked efficiently and were friendly. I was able to watch their arrival time on my phone! 5 Stars AMA! Thank you.

I use the AMA business registry for the management of my company vehicle fleet and all my corporate documentation searches. The staff at the south AMA office are highly competent in their knowledge of these areas. They are clear on what is needed (documentation) to achieve client goals and always very prompt in their responses and feedback. I was able to register over 30 new fleet units within 24 hours with no issues at all. All advice given to me was accurate and easy to understand.I highly suggest any small to mid size business with a fleet of vehicles to consider the South Side AMA team for registration and permitting services. Notable recognition to Sherri and Sheetal for their expertise and competency in this area!

My Daughter and I went into the AMA building to talk to a representative about car insurance.We were greeted but a tall, smiling man named Johnny Tang.He introduced himself and took us to his desk.I had recognized him from when he had helped me before but his desk had moved.I remembered his face but not his name.Johnny explained to us how insurance payment plans work and what we were covered for. Johnny gave suggestionsto improve our coverage and we changed our policy.He was patient, helpful, and kind. He is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with respect. Even when some of them were redundant. Just like the last time he had helped me.Thank you Johnny for all of your help.I would like to recommend Johnny and the AMA staff in registries for their extraordinary service.Marla McDonnell

Great experience to go to AMA registry in place of other registry. So much convenient and organized.Sheetal khullar was amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. Also responded to our emails timely for our queries.Highly recommend.

I wish the lineups were shorter, but they're always decently staffed so I suppose there's not much to be done.The value and benefits of AMA are worth more than the price of entry!New app is pretty much the same as the website. Not sure why I would need an app.

In all the years I've had an AMA membership this year I've used them more than ever. And I'm sure I'm dumping my membership. First my family went in for passport photos which were quickly rejected, a pointless exercise, we ended up paying elsewhere for proper photos. Second, just last week I had my car break down. Warm January evening. First off their website is absolute rubbish. I'm in IT and know what 'usable' is and this site is the worst. Managed to request a tow....it was 6 p.m.. They quoted a time of 12:45 at night. Fine, that was puzzling given the weather was good and the streets clear. So I had my wife pick me up and take me home. 1 hr later I get a call to say the driver is 10 minutes away. I shoot to my car to get there as quickly as possible. But really? No heads up? No 30 minute call? What do they expect when the opening ETA is 6 hrs away? Fine again, I made it. The ONLY highlight of this experience was the amazing driver (NOT an AMA driver). One of their partner drivers. The algorithm and supporting business processes behind their estimation of driver availability needs to be relooked. It's unacceptable to quote anyone 6hrs out....and then show up an hour later? Invest in your IT. This week the battery in my car could not hold a charge. Went to the AMA website to request mobile battery change. They didn't hold my battery in stock. Website directed me to their AMA partner sites.....guess what....the site doesn't work. Logging in on the partner site (which barely even looked like an AMA site) looped you back to the official AMA site. Into a loop. I ended up going to my local mechanic who had my battery and was in and out in 45 minutes. I submitted my concerns and of course no response. My wife and I are revaluating our needs for our 2 vehicles and trailer currently under AMA.I'll add to the above. I'm not unreasonable. If there is a snow storm it's expected your car will sit even for days. There won't be a tow truck as far as the eye can see. But on relatively normal days estimation is a fail. If you don't want to estimate, then don't. Because a window of 6hrs with the possibility of anything to occur....is just plain silly.

Went in an hour before closing. Waited in line for 30 min before closing. Saw two different people look at the line of people waiting. Ended up leaving. And the person at the front said it was a shift change. In other words it’s was closing time. Should maybe keep staff in when there’s like 10 people waiting.Would give Zoe’s stars.
