Clore Beauty Supply - Scarborough

I went to this location to buy a wig and I tried more than one wig and at the end i choose one of them they went at the back to get me a new one in box and she put it on for me; it was looking little different but i was so excited and i thought maybe because it new and the other is in display.Then i figured out that it was a wrong wig i order the natural wavy she gave me the body wavy.So i went after 4 days again to the location to check what we can do and they said this is the one i choose and they don’t give even 1% that they did a mistake they always right and all the blame on me only.I asked to try the one in the display again she said it’s sold !!!She gave a different one not even in the display and i didn’t try itI really can’t brlive that the one in the display sold in 4 days and they have it in the stock why someone will buy the display one !!I asked to change the wig not to return or refundAnd by the end They left me and my husband in the wig room and they all disappear and we were walking outside no one talking to us no one says anything!!They were really so rude with us !!Stay away from this Store !!!

The store is vast and has a huge variety of products for all hair types. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the help by one of the employees. She wasn't trying to selling the most expensive products but rather help me find the best ones for my hair type and condition. She really took the time to go thru the benefits and limits of the products I was interested in and suggested others that I ended up buying and trying afterwards and really are good for my hair. She prevented me from buying a bunch of stuff I would probably not use. So thumbs up for Cloré especially at this location. #HairParadise

Short Story: Mr. Lee, one of the Managers, and a store assistant (I wish I had gotten her name) went out of their way to help me solve a problem with a purchase and I am very happy with the customer service.Long Story: I purchased clip in real hair extensions but unfortunately when I got home there was a mismatch of colours inside the packet. I contacted Clore by email who forwarded my concern to the Scarborough store. That same day I received an email from the manager saying they would willingly help me resolve the issue and the hours he would be present in the store.When I went in today, Mr. Lee was very friendly and helpful and along with his assistant, we were able to work out a solution that was very helpful, kind and generous. (the only replacement package in the same color was extensions that were longer than I had purchased and so Mr. Lee provided a % discount)I am very happy with this level of customer service and will be shopping there for all my beauty needs while I live in the Scarborough area.

Found this place on Google I am not fron Scarborough so was lost . But it is easy to find big signage and the store is plentiful. Halloween decorations up festive and friendly. Big up the beauty supply.

It was my first time at the store , and I love the variety they have in the store . Braids , crochet , make up products, weaves etc . The things are easy to find with a nice layout .I had to return some products , and the customer representative was really good about that . They only do store credit but the process was good

Disgusting customer service, one of the workers who said she was a manager disrespected me. She ignored me while waiting in line and took another customer. When I addressed it she gave me attitude like we were on the street extremely ghetto. I asked for the manager and she said I’m the manager what you gonna do. I asked for head office info and staff told me they didn’t have a card to put the phone number on. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional a so called manager could be.

They have the best customer service! Everyone is so knowledgeable about the products. I wish I got the associates name, but she was so helpful in helping me get what I need!
