Worked for them for nearly a year. Concerns (including safety) were ignored, abuse and passive aggressive threats were common.Poor communication from head office-worker, poor working conditions, abusive work environment. Extremely Unprofessional dispatch, to the point I had dispatchers arguing with me, and dispatchers arguing for me with each other, over easily remedied issues.I regularly had to misinform customers/cut corners on jobs/undereducate customers because they wouldn't allow me time to do the job Properly. Work conditions were unsafe due to rushing to complete jobs.And bell tv is poor quality as is compared to other brands. Overall it was a bad split from the company as well. Wouldn't go back if they offered $1,000,000.They will misinform you, overcharge you big time, and spew half-truths and equivocations.If you have a choice, I recommend Rogers or Telus.

I used their services to have a satellite connected at my trailer for the summer. I had nothing but problems from the get go. They were unable to locate a signal I had to use my neighbours dish. The receiver broke the 2nd week of use. I was supposed to have movie channels free for 2 months. Channels in which we never watched after 2 months they charged me $25/mnth for these channels as Skytech neglected to tell me I need to cancel them. He only tells me this after I have cancelled services for the summer. Bell customer service is rude and disrespectful and with all the choices we have these days for TV I will not be using them again.

One of your drivers with plate number JLC752 Was eating while driving, between hitting the shoulder many times and not ising his indicator and almost running into the side of my car i called the cops and filed a police report for impaired driving because it was impaired if you cant even use your indicator or steer properly... vehicle number 141, even better is that i just stopped using your services a few months ago because one of your technicians forgot to unplug my dish while he was working on it so he almost went to the hospital... and you call yourselves trained professionals
