Wife made an appointment online right when it opened at 8am. Appointment was confirmed for an evening time slot. Waited all day for a call, never happened. Walked in at 6:30 to see if an appointment time would be scheduled for that evening. Understand that the receptionists are tired but she was not helpful or friendly, made to feel foolish for asking. Was told they would call with an appointment time and was told we stay open until we get through everybody." Went home

NP Phillips has provided me with exceptional care the few times I’ve been in, all the while with fantastic care, empathy, and efficiency. Being without a family doctor, I am grateful to have someone like her I can go to. Also, the online booking and overall organization of this clinic have made it my preferred one in the city.

Super easy service to use. I missed the first phone call and they called me back after finishing the rest of the phone appointments which was amazing because I was expecting I would have to register again the next morning. The doctor I spoke to was lovely and took the time to ask all the important questions regarding my prescriptions. Very friendly and highly recommend.

I can’t say better things about this clinic. I moved here from NS and don’t have a family doctor! They’ve never let me down. Highly recommended. Very kind receptionist and Drs!

Reduced to Monday and Thursday ONLY for the summer of 2022 due to staffing limitations. Contact Telecare at 811 or Evisit.ca for questions or recommendations for more services!! Limited hours even prior to Covid19 pandemic made this the lesser of the 2 clinics that used to be in Riverview.

It is now 8:02am and I have been trying to book an appointment which says online opens at 8 am how can it be full in 2 minutes. Very disappointing system.

I've made appointments here a couple of times for both myself and my husband and we have always been very pleased with the service. The receptionist is always extremely friendly and courteous; the service is fairly quick and the appointments are usually on time; and the doctors seem to be very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

The staff and doctor's at this clinic are excellent. I have always been well looked after and they are very efficient. Gone are the days waiting 3 hours to see a physician in a clinic! With their new online booking system, they are even more accessible. 10/10 highly recommend their services :)
