I came here to purchase 2 paint sets as gifts for my nieces. The store is great, really big , spacious, clean and has everything required for your arts and crafts needs. I can’t say the same for the staff however. I couldn’t find the kits I wanted to purchase although I knew the store carried them as per their website. An older tanned blond woman wearing a red managers vest came out from the back, the only worker I had seen on the floor. I chased her to ask her help and she initially just walked passed me and ignored me. Finally when she did stop she was rude, abrupt and I felt like I was bothering her asking her my questions. Cashiers were not friendly either. Came to this location because my Ottawa location did not have the kits but next time I think I will stick to Ottawa.
