We had our house rebuilt from studs and had a second story added to accommodate our young family of 4. When we hired Saint Construction to do the job, we could tell right away Scott, Danny and the rest of the team were focused on one thing - building our dream home. We know Saint has had much bigger jobs, but we never felt any less important in their eyes. They’ve bent over backwards to make sure our home was the best it could be and that our dollar stretched as far as it could. Most important, attention to quality and detail were always top notch. Communication was great. Our neighbours made the point of telling us how the crew were always conscientious and kept noise down as low they could. We thank our lucky stars to have gotten the Saint team to guide us through what was one of the most stressful times in our lives.We’re so happy to have a new house, but when it was all over, we kind of missed all the interaction with the Saint Team because they had become family to us. After considering many builders, I settled on Saint Construction Management to build a new duplex for my family and I. They came highly recommended, and did not disappoint. They were on time, on budget ( aside from from COVID related material cost increases that could not be avoided ), and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

They were extremely professional and patiently answered all our questions. They are working on a house in my neighborhood and have heard multiple current neighbours about having to get new tires cause these workers don’t keep their worksite clean. I even have had a nail in my tire. Also when they have like 6-7 contractors they need to keep parking for locals open. Very irritating
