Got brand new tires installed on my truck at this place. Jae was extremely helpful in getting the financial aspect of the part for me figured out. He let me use his personal car while we waited which I thought was extremely kind! The staff were all super friendly and the truck came out looking great! Staff and service 5 stars for sure.

Best service and experience ever dealing with a tire store. They did exactly as promised and kept their word on price. The whole experience was amazing and I will always go to them for any work I need going forward. Highly recommend!

Love this place. I’ve been here three times, and each time is a lovely experience. Yesterday I called them asking if they could look at my headlight, after another place told me that the best option was to replace the entire unit. The owner got me in the next day, and fixed it quickly and explained what was wrong. The waiting area is also comfortable, and all the staff are nice. Great service, glad that my brother recommended them to me.

Wow! What FANTASTIC service! The manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. The receptionist was lovely and didn't get upset even though I called with so many questions. Both the service bays and showroom were clean. I am very happy with the repairs and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Faithful Tirecraft on Millar Ave!

Jae and his staff are excellent. They are not as concerned about selling you every service as fixing your vehicle properly. They listen to what problems you are having with your vehicle and then address the problems. Their prices are great, service is unbelievable and they are building a longterm customer/business relationship.

I had service done at faithful auto. They were friendly and finished the job in a timely manner. After the work was done I had alittle issue with it. But Jae the owner of the business corrected the problem .They provide proper service and they stand by their work. Highly recommend them .Tom

Seemed a bit disorganized.I brought in 2 tires on hubs for replacement.They were not ready at the appointed pickup time. They said they'd call me when they were ready. 10 days later, I called and set up an appointment to pick them up. They would even install them for free.Arrived for my appointment, and they forgot to give the work order to the mechanics. After 45 minutes I followed up, and they finally got it done.I really didn't feel like a priority, and will not be back.
