Forest Grove Village

Very bad managed , Linda the property office person is very rude and don’t no how to answer condo owners. Recently taken over $3000 for changes nothing discussed in Annual general meeting after that , suddenly sends notice for withdrawals will be done for additional $322. When we decide not to pay and should discuss in annual general meeting start charging our accounts $25. How come anyone can withdraw anything from owners account without his or her consent. Without explanation this lady hangs up call and says write us letter. After our emails no response. Bad work ethics people.

Wonderful place to rent! Quite, safe and good price. Quick access to schools & the University. Good location.

Nice buildings, Sharon and Linda offer great management. Direct bus route to U of S. Pizza, Chinese food, and convenience store next door. Person leaving a review about $3000 and withdrawals from their account failed to mention that the money went to all new windows in their unit and new siding for the entire complex (owners had plenty of warning), a great investment in maintaining the value of the unit. Safe, quiet buildings with competitive rental cost.

I have been living in forest grove village for a while now. The place is really nice and peaceful. Schools and daycare are nearby. There is a park next to the condo buildings and a great place to go for a walk or family time. The management does a good job during the winter to clear the snow from the footpaths. Tenets are notified on time if there is any sort of scheduled maintenance in the building. The only bad thing is the rude behaviour of some of the site managers. You may get a cold response or they may not pick up your call.

Property management is awful. Building managers are rude and condescending. Their so called plumbers and maintenance people don't know what they are doing. They lie all the time about the heating system they are responsible for maintaining. Then they tell you that the owners are responsible for paying for a new water heating system. Where is it the responsibility of the owners to pay for the heating system for the building when we don't own the building, just the condo itself? Worst management company and building managers I've run across. As for paying for the new windows and siding, that doesn't belong to the owners, it's part of the building we don't own. They chose the new windows and patio door, we didn't have a choice and the so called installation experts didn't know how to install them properly. I had to call in someone to fix them which cost me money I couldn't afford to spend. If I could give them a negative star rating it would be negative a billion.

Do not rent any of these places unless they are owned by someone else. All of the apartments taken care of by the company are falling apart and nothing gets repaired. The appliances barely work and if they stop working they get repaired only long enough to last a few months rather than being replaced. Walls are soft and wood is humidty and water damaged. Baseboards literally fall off the wall just by being touched. Repair jobs look like they are done by someone who has no idea what they are doing and the company repair men are creepy. Also be prepared that if one of their repairman is on vacation that you will have to go without that appliance for up to weeks at a time. The neighbours are loud and don't seem to care that anyone else is living in the building. Nothing gets done about multiple noise complaints for tennants throwing loud parties.

I have owned a 3 bedroom condo for 10 years here. I have had nothing but great things to say about Forest Grove Village. I paid my 3000$ for new windows and doors because it is part of upkeep of the property. Other people who gave poor review over this have a few screws loose. Excellent place to own and rent condo!!

really bad experience vandalism on your parked cars. i had stayed there for 6 months and saw busted taillights on cars almost every month including mine. even the security camera's don't work. so if you like your car stay away from this building complex.
