I was using their services for 2 years and the moment I had one complaint it was handled unprofessionally. I had 20 dress shirts being services and my nicest and most expensive Canalli dress shirt went missing. They actually gave me someone else’s Canalli dress shirt that was a size 17.5 neck, where my size was 16 neck. In the same batch of 20 dress shirts they damaged 3 of my dress shirts. One got damaged on collar. The second on left wrist area. The third on stomach area near buttons.The owner of the business didn’t even offer any solution to my missing Canalli dress shirt. Regarding the 3 damaged dress shirts, she simply told me that nobody complains about damaged dress shirts here and she can’t do anything.Very unprofessional and not handled well. Especially after going here for 2 years and bringing at least 20 dress shirts a month to be serviced + countless suits.The first time I complained about something and she simply didn’t care.I am taking my business elsewhere but I am still missing my brand new Canalli dress shirt and have 3 damaged dress shirts.I’m not happy!!!

After receiving fair service multiple times before, I am disappointed to have to write a poor review of Golden Hanger Cleaners.I brought a pair of pants to the store in order to have the waist taken-in (altered). Unsure of whether the alteration was feasible on these brand new pants, I said I would happily refund the pants if the alteration couldn't be done. The tailor/shopkeeper assured me that she would be able to perform the service and that I wouldn't need to return the pants.The pants I received back did not fit. The tailor told me that my altered pants did not fit because of my body shape, using her hands to demonstrate the point. She performed a second alteration, free of charge.Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the pants still did not fit after a second alteration. I brought them back to the store and requested a refund for the work, because I had paid and waited for a service which did not result in a usable item.The storekeeper/tailor immediately became defensive, refusing to issue a refund for this poorly performed service. Despite remaining calm and respectful throughout the interaction, she told me to shut up"

Always very generous with doing little repairs…sewing on a button, stitching up a small hole …without charge. Very unusual in our time.

I had an outdoor wedding. The pictures were beautiful but it left the bottom of my wedding dress very dirty, I was worried it was ruined. I got it Dry Cleaned here and it was amazing. They got all the stains out and it only took 3 weeks! Well worth the money. Very happy with the results!

I have been using this place for years for their dry cleaning. They are great and the lady who works the front knows me by name and always has my clothes ready. They recently did an excellent job at altering some of my work suits. I highly recommend this place.

I had a very last minute alteration to be done and the staff here were able to complete the alteration within 24 hours. I so appreciate the last minute service! Very professional. I was happy with the alteration (hemming on a pair of pants). Thank you so much.

A great and honest family run business. Super dry cleaning and great customer service. I'm from the east but have family in the west and will continue to use Golden Hanger - they are worth it!

Poor service... It cost a lot to trim my dress, I tell the woman loud and clear the height of my dress that I want but it's just the same and seems nothing happen. I asked the woman about it, she just replied that she did but it's been clear that she almost didn't touch my dress!!! Not anymore!!!

Our family has been using Golden Hanger for dry cleaning and alterations for 3 years. Their work has been very professional. Alterations are done very well with attention to detail. If you live in the west end I would highly recommend that you use Golden Hanger.
