I would be highly sceptical of this company. I received a quote in May and am still waiting on work. Nivi quoted on fixing and installing doors, new threshold and screens. The exterior door that was installed was hideous. Not square. Not installed properly. Nivi showed up several times and got my builder to install a door he was contracted for. Very argumentative. Poor customer service. Threatened me for a deposit then made up many excuses to not finish the work. What I spent on the deposit I could have taken to home depot and spent an hour figuring it out.

BUYER BEWARE! They are responsive to first call, make lots of promises and then unreliable thereafter; left debris everywhere after replacing door frames; installed incorrect frame sizes for doors resulting in gaps that they refused to come back and fix so had to hire another contractor to fix all the defects. Also found out afterwards they have a bad reputation within industry.

Nivi takes a really long time to complete the work. There is always an excuse as to why it couldn't get done that day. Ordered a fire rated door in November and installed in March! The workmanship is not great and he gets offended when you ask him about it. It looks more handyman level than professional level. I used him for 3 or 4 small jobs and they always had the same result. Overall, it sounds like I had the same experience as Chris.

I should’ve read these reviews before I called for service. My experience has been the same as a couple others on here. I sent an email requesting work, I received a quick response and quote, and then I had to CHASE to find out when the work would be completed. I called several times and I kept hearing, “ya tomorrow, tomorrow” and then nothing. I then asked for just the parts to be delivered directly to me and I would get someone else to do the work and now he’s completely ignoring my calls. I’ve now had to call someone else to do the work. Awful service.

I had Doors On The Move to come and replace a broken hinge on my retail door that broke. Nivi was on time, extremely professional and fixed my door in no time. I highly recommend him for any commercial door issues you may have! Thanks again for making the process go very smoothly!
