The location is great. Centre to all amenities. The rooms were small and had malfunctioning smoking alarm all night. The staff was not very welcoming and charged extra which was not mentioned at the time of booking.

They gave me a nice, renovated room. Was clean, and the owners are wonderful people. Their sons are helpful.

Rooms were clean & quiet. The manager found the key I lost and saved me the $10 fee10/10, would definitely recommend

Pretty expensive rates considering how shanty the place looks. The rooms were pretty dirty; the floors have a film of grease on them that suggests someone sprayed something on it and called it a day. I had to scrub the floor before walking on it barefoot. Service…what service? The only consolation was that it seemed to be bug free and of course the location in the city is quite nice.

Highly recommend staying here the staff are amazing rooms are perfect size clean comfy beds tv in rooms wifi short drive to supermarket sho across the road dominoes also across the road

No clean rooms. Smells like smoking room, no cleaning,no cups even no soap or hand wash. Very horrendous experience never ever suggest anyone to come in here.

Stayed there a few weeks ago.Late night check in, made a deal with the staff for a few dollars less.Next day charged me full price. Very unprofessional!Room was disgusting.Bad odour of smoke.No batteries in converter, couldn’t change the channel on the TV.No clothes & 1dirty towel.Shower curtain had burn holes & reeked of cigarettes.Floors & shower were…not sure what was on them?? Had to wear slides the whole time & in the shower.Don’t let the LED lights fool ya.Got a creepy vibe like there was a camera hidden somewhere.Will never go back!!!

Complete scammers, literally sold me a room before it was ready and didn’t call me until 10:30 at night. And charged me full price for a room I never took foot in. Unbelievable, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.

I m came from England. They owner was so nice. Room was super clean. Wifi good. Best place in burglinton to stay and safe. Next door motel to much peaple look like drug base. Thanxs crestwood all staff and Ower.
