Was looking for a new dentist in town and College Park came highly recommended. They did not disappoint!! The office is beautiful and incredibly clean. Wendy was a pleasure to talk to, as well as thorough and gentle with my teeth. Dr. Strang was friendly and took his time to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. On top of all that, they direct billed!!! 5 stars all around.

My wife went there for dental cleaning today. The receptionist had no idea what she is supposed to be doing. She did not inform her that 20 percent of the charges are to be paid upfront before getting any signature on her laptop and she also did not know about Saskatchewan bluecross insurance but said that we directly bill the insurance company. She kept my wife in dark by hiding relevant information about direct billing and asked for 20 percent payment upfront after the dental cleaning was done whereas the coverage was 100 percent. She fraudulently said that these are our office charges. I have never experienced such charges in the past anywhere in Canada. I would never recommend anyone to go there. She refused to talk to me when my wife asked passing her cellphone while talking to me make everything clear with me. Furthermore she did not even try to contact Saskatchewan blue cross to get my wife's permission to confirm the coverage from the company.In a nutshell A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I was Recommended this Dentist by my coworkers, and I am the type to not get freezing when I get any work done on my teeth. I’m absolutely blown away at how gentle and precise my work was, I barely felt anything, besides my irritated cavity when cold air hit it. They were open to how I wanted things done (freezing specifically), and really took a chance to understand where most of my pain was caused.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who suffers with sensitivity, or who has had bad experiences in the past. They are an absolutely phenomenal team! 10/10.

Fully agree with all other positive reviews for this clinic. We have been going to this clinic for a while and have always been happy with the quality of the service. They also helped my dad for his defective denture when he was visiting us; they were very patient, helpful and did not even charge us for the follow up visit! Absolutely recommend this clinic

Left a message yesterday as an emergency but no one had decency to call back. Called today and there was no remorse. Stay away from this clinic, they don't care or respect everyone. I was a customer of few years and got no help, no response, no reply and clinic showed no concern for one's pain.Going somewhere I ll be welcomed and appreciated.This clinic SUXXX now for service levels gone down the drain.
