During COVID-19, unfortunately I have been accustomed to sub par service. Not with Arbor Art. From the moment, I contacted them for a quote, they responded quickly and arranged a time to visit me. They visited my home, listened to my needs and offered advice on how they would prune trees on my property. The price quoted was affordable. I chose Arbor Art because of its expertise and professionalism. The day of tree pruning, they called in advance to notify me of their arrival and they arrived on time. The two gentlemen were meticulous in their approach to pruning our trees. They asked for my input and they wanted to make sure they performed the job to my expectations. They did a great job. So much so, that two of my neighbours used their services and were also very pleased with their services. I highly recommend Arbor Art!!!!!!

The top of our large Oak Trees in front of our home have been eaten by termites.They had to be removed as the top was weak and our kitchen and living room was in danger of falling trees.Arbor Art came to the rescue.Their confidence to cut down 2 large Oak trees carefully and safely made me feel at ease.Our flower bed was left intact, free of tree debris.They were quick to clean up and help to get rid of the many many logs that had to go.We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent experience from the initial call to after the job was completed. Highly recommend Arbor Art!!! I was concerned about the clean up as we had 2 huge locust branches removed. I think they left our yard cleaner than when they got there!!

I had dead tree on my property that I needed to remove. I contacted few companies but none of them were able to offer non invasive solution. And then I contacted Arbor Arts. Not only they were able to offer best price, but also perform great service. They were able to remove tree with precision and with no damage to surrounding trees. In addition, they were able to clean everything after tree removal leaving place in pristine condition. Very pleased with the service and quality of work that was done.

I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I am with this company. From the moment I reached out through HomeStars....Natasha was always very responsive and patient with my questions. This was very different from other companies. I had actually selected a different company that I received a quote from last year. The arborist that gave the quote was fantastic. But the owner and admin staff were terrible. I waited months for a date and constantly had to follow up. I eventually cancelled them. Arbor Art was so different and so easy. And the guys that came out today to do the work we're absolutely fantastic. Let me explain. I wanted a tree in my backyard removed but the only access to my backyard is through my house or over the fence that I share with the park. But that was no problem. They hopped the fence, took their time removing the tree in pieces, and thoroughly cleaned up the area. It was perfect and quick. I highly recommend using this company. You won't be disappointed!

We had a huge and very old Norwegian Elm that was dropping branches and not looking healthy. I really wanted to save it if possible.Arbor Art Inc. assessed the sick tree professionally and advised me with options.The safest thing was to cut down the tree. From the first moment we found that it was a fantastic experience. My children and grand children watched these kind professionals do there work. With strength, respect (for us and tree) care, speed but not rushed.I would recommend them very highly.Also they cleaned up so well. We are impressed.

The team was professional from day 1. Easy to work with and friendly. Amazing workmanship. They are efficient and very clean. They did a great job and left our property looking like they had never been here.

We called Arbor Art Inc. for quote on tree trimming of 2 maple trees, 1 birch tree, and a couple of evergreens that needed trimming (one of the maple trees needed extensive trimming). They came on March 18th and gave me a quote, which we immediately accepted. On March 20th two of their employees came at about 8:45 a.m. and these two men worked all day, until 5:30 p.m. -- only stopping at about 2:00 p.m. for a 10 minute lunch break. I've never seen two men work as hard and efficiently as these men did. After the job was finished -- which included both front and back yards, you'd never know that anyone had even ventured into our yard -- it was immaculate!
