Ordered medium 3 milk at the drive through. Received medium half milk. Went inside and asked if they could make me the proper coffee three milk. Girl at the counter replied Why?!""Why?!" is not an appropriate answer to a customers question. After telling her I would like a proper 3 milk coffee

Suitable for tourists who speak English as they have young staff that switches languages quickly. I would not recommend trying to drive into this location traveling northbound when there is traffic as there is no traffic light to turn into and out of their lot.

Traditional Tim Horton menu. Service slow due to unavailable bilingual staff. Visiting customers who do not speak French, are unable to order due to communication issues.

We will not be coming here again.We stood there waiting a long time for someone to take our order, the workers seemed undertrained. Half the the ingredients were unavailable and the whole place was unorganized. They forgot part of our order multiple times and the wait time was very long. For exemple, my passion fruit drink tasted like dishwasher water and there were black crumbs at the bottom. Also this place is very unsanitary, in the bathrooms, the water flow was very poor and there wasn’t even soap. Over all would rate it lower than one star.

Why is it so famous? The doughnuts are gone by mid day and they're kinda hard at that. The cookies were ok. It was just ok.

Very slow service. We were traveling and spent almost one hour waiting. I definitely don't recommend this place.

This place is unbelievable in how poor the service is. It is an unbelievable embarrassment to Canadian service. We waited 30 minutes for food that never came. These people are the laziest workers I have ever seen.

Super slow... to serve 3 patrons it took over 25 min. Empty display cases.... on a bright side extremely friendly and accommodating customer service.
