Five out of five star service.Was there late at night picking up my favorite item in a 7-11: chicken wings.Saw a few of the chicken wings in two different flavors in sight. Said to the store clerk that I want all of it. The clerk responded that they would be happy to prepare me fresh ones if I had the time. Was so glad as any other stores would be happy to move their existing stock; but not these nice people; they explained that they want to provide the best to their customers!" Thank you! This has to be the best 7-11 outside of Japan."

There is a large amount of rats located near the entrance, both in the bushes and also around the dumpster area. The area around the dumpster smells of urine and feces.Furthermore, the Slurpees here taste very different compared to other locations in my immediate area. The flavour just isn’t that great flavour that I’m used to at 7/11.It almost tastes as though there is another flavour leaking into the Coke slot, which could be a clear and direct sign the machines haven’t been properly cleaned.Please fix this.

I miss the old location on No. 1 and Steveston, but this place on No. 2. does nicely.

order food through uber eats and i double checked they do have the corn starch but the staff just saying they have out of stock, and making my order $3 out of $20, which i could not use uber coupon. I called and asking if i could cancel order or refund, the manager is very mean saying you should call uber cancel your order.

This location used to be so good but customer service has been declining rapidly in the past year.All the other 7 Elevens in Richmond carry all the latest drinks and snacks meanwhile this one is very limited.They never have any cold 2 Liter Coke Zero, they're always too lazy to restock the coolers, even late at night.

A female staff is very rude to food delivery driver. The order was already ready for picking up. But the staff didn’t give it to me and let me wait for 10 minutes.

I have been going to this 7-11 location for just over two years now. I was shocked when I purchased cigarettes from there only to find out that the pack was empty after the fact. Apparently, the staff there exchange cigarette packs with customers off the street. When I attended the store, I had left my name and number for the manager to contact me and received no call, no follow up, and no police file number (this has happened before at this location). If the store gets ripped off, that is unfortunate, but ripping off your loyal customers in response is not acceptable. Will never return to this location.
