Michele at Animal Haven Grooming in Surrey has been taking care of my dogs for more than 10 years now. She’s really the best there is. From grooming my dog for the show ring; to grooming my stay-at-home dogs; to grooming my senior dogs - over the years Michele has proven to be considerate of me, my husband and especially my dogs.My dogs absolutely love going in for their Animal Haven “spa” days where they’re treated so kindly by all her staff. As soon as they get in the door, they’re looking for Michele as they now consider her to be their adopted Mum. If you want to do right by your dogs, take them to Animal Haven.

My dogs have been groomed by Michele and her staff for over 10 years. I have a standing appointment for two dogs every month. The products used are of exceptional quality and my dogs look amazing. They love going in for their SPA DAY! I have always trusted Michele to do the correct job for my breed and they just sparkle when they are shown.Thanks Animal Haven for the great care of my most important friends!

We had our Lagotto groomed today by Gabriella and she did an excellent job. It’s so great to find such a knowledgeable groomer for this breed. Our dog seemed very happy with her grooming and we are very pleased with the service. We will be back!

I had a great chat with Darcy prior my appointment. I was happy that he considered dogs like kids. Made me feel confident. I picked up my dog today and after looking at her really good I notice longer chunk on her belly and shorter patches. It’s so choppy. I wanted the same length all over but it didn’t happened. Like they say we have a reputation on style. I just know how I like her groomed. I won’t be back. Thanks for trying.

Been going to this grooming establishment for several years now with multiple dogs. I very much appreciate the fact that they actually know what my dogs are supposed to look like and do not try and make them look like something they are not. This is also an accredited grooming school where new students to grooming are taught, guided and encouraged to put their best efforts into the job. Also appreciate that if or when an issue is noticed they take the time to mention it and explain how to solve the problem. My dogs are always happy to walk in to the shop even though they know what is coming. Think they treat it like a spa day :)A huge THANK YOU to the Proprietor, Staff and Students of Animal Haven for giving my special friends such great care!! We will continue to enjoy your services!!

I've called them many times, and every time I get a reply that they will give me an answer in the following week. I've been tired to follow up with them. I don't know how their school works, but the experience with this application is really bad.

I have applied to their grooming academy a few times already, however they do not respond, yet their classes are always filling up". I have even tried to follow up with them and when I did get a response

Absolutely amazing first experience and will definitely be going back. Thank you to Michelle for taking care of my baby, they found an over grown nail that was probably causing her pain and overlooked by previous groomer. Coco seems so much more content. Definitely recommend!

I have a very nervous rescue dog and they treated him like a king! They did a beautiful job and he was relaxed and happy throughout the process.They made sure he felt safe and comfortable. Thank you!
