Really an amazing shop... Other bike places can be snobby if you don't have a 10000 dollar bike they'll look down on you but these guys are honest, prices reasonable... Great experience

On their sign, outside of the store, it says “reparations des vélos”. I went in the store to simply change my bike tire and to bleed my brakes and the man I spoke with, insisted that he wouldn’t touch my bike simply because “it’s a waste of his time & that he’s too busy”, when I was the only person in the store!! I was so confused?? Aren’t you a bike mechanic who repairs bikes???? He told me that I needed to buy brake pads and if I didn’t buy them from him, he wouldn’t touch my bicycle…. Like what?? HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went it for some 1/4 inch bearings for the rear hub, but I don't think they sold them. The mechanic took 20 out of the bottle he had and let me buy those.A1 customer service, good prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff.I just keep going back and am never disappointed.This is the best bike shop I have ever been too.

Was not willing to perform a tune-up since I did not buy parts from them. The exact words were “I should support local business”The problem is…. I DID… just not theirs. The parts were purchased from a Quebec based bike company that was having great promotions on SRAM products. I will always support local business…. But I will decide who I will support.

Garbage place. I called prior to going there and asked if they can just install a brake line. Upon arrival, I spoke to whom I believe was the owner and got turned away because I didn't buy the parts/ bike there. Told me to go back to the shop where I purchased it. They just want profit. Avoid this place!Edit: I did precise I came in JUST for a brake line and you sent me off to where I purchased my bike (in Montreal!) It shows how compassionate you are towards potential future clients. Dont worry, I didnt need to go to Montreal. I went to another Friendlier bike shop to support local businesses!
