Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix

The hotel provides the perfect environment to relax and profit from the overall natural resources around the area. The Spa is the ultimate relaxation and a must-try during your stay, with professional team members and a top-notch thermal experience. The rooms are spacious with a very comfortable bed and cozy shower. The Quality of food is locally sourced, therefore it is extremely fresh. Overall my first stay with Le Germain Charlevoix was excellent! 10/10!

Great hotel and staff. It was a great home base for snowboarding at Massif. Live entertainment almost every night. Skating on site. Animal farm in the back. The spa is wonderful and well worth it after a day on the hill. The rooms are well decorated with very high ceilings. The only thing we found subpar was the restaurant—food was okay. The restaurants nearby were a lot better.

Not family friendly. We stayed in another Germain hotel loved it so much that decided to book this one but it was not what we expected.Pros:- Beautiful surroundings- Short walk into town- one of the best hotel beds we slept inCons:- Communication - We checked in at 5:30 and asked about pool hours, went to the pool right away to realize that it was closed for the day. Why front desk did not know about it?- Family rooms are located in the worst building with no ramp, elevator. Yes you can drive to it but you have to drag all your stuff up the stairs on the hill where the building is and more stairs inside your building. We had to leave stroller in the car and carry baby back and forth to the car every time we wanted to go for a walk.- No bell man available- service in the bar - my husband sat down at the bar for 15min and nobody ever came to him.- food options- we are vegan and there was not a single solid vegan friendly dish on the menu.

Nice hotel. Lots to do around. Rooms are different but clean and comfortable. I'll be back.

Stayed over a night - had a fantastic time. Staff is incredibly nice, the location is midst nature (with a small farm, gardens, and a pool) but is also walking distance to the town, which is just fantastic. The room are nice and bright, as well as cozy - food was delicious. What is there not to love?

Definately palace to arrive by train to make it all relaxing, no driving ....just relax in a quiet country atmosphere with all the bangs and whistles

This met and exceeded our expectationsThe rooms were great, prefect layout and location. So quiet and serine. Like a home away from home. Not like a hotel feel.

What an unique experience here in BSP within h the Charlevoix region. Even though we were a couple, it is very family oriented and has a farm in the back and is a train station stop too. Also walking distance to BSP town with restaurants and shops. The room was different than any other hotel room we’ve been to with a spa onsite. This was one of the factors that made us select this hotel. Room was clean, nice and bright and service at the hotel and restaurant were great! Would reco making dinner resos in BSP as it gets very busy. This location was a great anchor for us to explore Charlevoix!

The staff at Le Germain Charlevoix, specifically Ahmet" helped us out of a particularly difficult situation at another Auberge in the area. We are grateful for his help and found that the room we checked into was lovely
