Many unique species of wood and plywood available that are VERY hard to source from “big box” lumber outlets.I found much of the specialty woods I needed to build my sailboat.

I find it interesting that after having sold us a condo full of prehung doors we found that some did not fit properly. You would assume that this company would have someone that could fix the problem but we found their attitude was to shrug their shoulders" and tell us they had no one to rectify the "misfits". Seems a bit strange for a company that is one of the major door sellers in Nanaimo. Will not recommend to anyone."

Windsor Plywood in Nanaimo is getting “grabby” and are making expensive lumber prices worse by gouging customers to cut sheet goods. I appreciate that it costs money to operate a panel saw but $2 a cut is unreasonable. This is an overhead that is part of running your business, all you succeed in doing is driving your customers to the big box stores.

I have used Windsor plywood multiple times with the hopes I will have a positive experience. Everytime I end up leaving frustrated and wondering why certain employees are still employed. Not sure I will ever return, how many times can a guy roll his eyes at you and grumble when you ask a question in regards to a door product or order.
