My Father passed away and my Mother, who is hard of hearing and struggles with phone calls was trying to find a company to create the plaque for his Niche in Fort St. John BC.Due to cost, the local options were not great, so I asked if I could try and help her in Edmonton AB and that is where we found Remco and Lora.We had no clue what we needed or really much of anything and immediately Lora jumped in and helped us so much. We felt we were dealing with a family friend and completely trusted her advice and knowledge.We finally got the information for our cemetery and Lora go everything in place. The product was beautiful and the price was good.Lora kept us in the loop through every step and even cared enough to ask for a photo of it installed.I would 100% recommend Remco and Lora to everyone that needs that family friendly and knowledgeable support in such a hard time.Thanks again for all you have done.Wendy Wharton and Alice Blonski.

During the winter I was helping my friend who had prematurely lost her husband, so it was a very difficult time for her. We went to Remco Memorials where we were greeted by a very warm and welcoming Lora.Above and beyond in customer service, Lora’s knowledge and expertise is outstanding. We did not at all feel pressured at any point during this process. She is kind and patient, as well as compassionate and 100% professional.She kept us up to date with the process and always responded to our inquiries quickly and within reasonable time.The final product is beautiful!!! She seemed to go out of her way to make sure that the monument brilliantly memorialized this wonderful man.We visited other monument companies and we were not nearly as impressed by them as we were with Lora and Remco.Highly recommended!

My daughter unexpectedly passed away in Jan 22. I started to work with Remco really early on, in order to have something in place for the summer. Ingrid was very professional and was very kind and understanding as I worked through the design. Communication went well with the Regina office to have the monument in place in rural Sk. It turned out beautiful.

Le travail a été bien fait et mériterait 5* néanmoins le service et la courtoisie 0*. J'ai fait l'erreur de les payer avant qu'ils ne fassent le nettoyage des balcons et balustrades sur lesquels il y avait des restes de poudre de ciment qui lorsqu'il pleut font des taches sur la peinture de ma voiture stationnée en dessous que seul un carrossier a pu faire partir. Le propriétaire de cette entreprise s'énerve à rien et est d'une vulgarité remarquable. Ci-joint en photo le dernier texto qu'il m'a envoyé. Vous jugerez par vous mêmes. Le reste de l'équipe est correct néanmoins et ils ont fait leur boulot comme il faut. Au final on est content du résultat, on aurait préféré que le respect du contrat créé moins d'accrochages avec une relation plus polie et cordiale et que cela ne prenne pas 2 mois pour le nettoyage final qui ne prend même pas 2 heures à faire.

Dealing with Derek of Red Deer Remco Memorials was a very easy experience. He was very helpful and quick about responding to my questions. He even followed up emails with a phone call to ensure he had answered all my questions . Out of all the price quotes I received, Remco was the best price for the stone we wanted.

We ordered my Dads tombstone in August 2019. Revisited the order a year later and they had misplaced it. We were gracious- they felt ashamed and apologetic and promised they would get on it right away. Called a month later and they had ordered the wrong stone. Now we are at 2 months of more waiting and more calling. Our patience has expired. We are disappointed and frustrated.

My experience with Remco was great. I was given a lot of information and options. I was given time to think about things and no pressure. I was also given an opportunity to buy discontinued and 1 of a kind stones and that was great for me. I will go back and do recommend this company.
