Escape room center

Entertaining, cool themes for the rooms, Good for first timers : they have two escape rooms with a 40% success rate, which is relatively high. Parking can be a challenge since it's downtown quebec city.

I never leave reviews, but this experience was pretty bad as far as escape rooms go. We did the Jumanji room at 730pm tonight. My complaints are as follows:1. There was a 'lost' key from a previous party that we found and used to circumvent one of the puzzles.2. The final rooms final panel was open when we entered (not reset properly) we entered the final room and solved" the room in less than a minute. We had to have a staff member come in and reset the final room. While doing so she accidentally gave us the hint to opening the final panel anyways.3. The puzzle that actually opens the panel malfunctioned so that when we put an item over one of the magnetic surfaces we could hear some kind of microcontroller or other device. We heard "three" when ever we put one of the magnetized statues over it. This circumvented the actual puzzle.4. One of the puzzles involved putting three eggs in a basket and putting it on a weight scale. We put two eggs and some diamonds on the scale and the panel unlocked. This circumvented the actual puzzle.I don't know how many actual puzzles were in this room

I had fun but I felt like I could have had more fun. It was cramped. I've never been to an escape room before but our friends said it's usually better at other places.

Took the kids (12, 10) tonight to do the Jewel of Excalibur room and we had such a blast. The host made sure they understood all stipulations and how everything worked. I HIGHLY recommend Mind Buster!

We did the Harry Potter theme and we were all impressed. It was super fun and exciting to do with our friends. The clues were challenging and the props were fantastic, a lot of detail. Highly recommended. We can’t wait to come back to try more rooms

Bartender super friendly and fun - with a pretty great drink menu, one of the owners super awesome and clearly really passionate about Dream Escape being a unique experience.Decent board game selection and cool arcade machines. Also very well decorated and vibrantly lit.The escape room itself completely surprised me to be one of the top ones i’ve been to in the Toronto Area. Purely technological mechanisms, creative, and well themed.Overall we were completely blown away and I’d highly recommend trying over a snakes & lattes with adult friends if you are planning. Our whole party found it to be an exponentially better experience.Thanks again!

Really immersive escape room - I’d put this within my top two favourite escape rooms that I’ve ever done.The staff are awesome here, the drinks are pretty cool, and there’s board games to chill out with your friends after you do the escape room. 6/5 will come again! ;)

I made a reservation online for my son to play here, I reserved a combo of 1 karting and 4 missions of laser tag. But they did not have enough people for the laser tag so they told me to come back in 3.5 hours. I agreed and come back, but there was still not enough players, I asked them if my son could do the karting instead but they refused, they asked me to call their customer service instead but the customer service does not work in the weekend. The persons work at the reception never showed any effort to help me to solve the problem, and I have to wait for hours and then come back for nothing. In the end they told me they left a message so that their customer service would call me back. But I do not feel they would do it or help me anything. Their system is terrrible, my son was very dissappoited because he could not play the laser tag, even though we already paid for it. So, if you want to reserve for the laser tag at this place, be careful or you would be in my situtation, then waste money and your precious time. I am thinking about reporting this to the OPC so that no one would be in this situation again.

Went to Proxima Command for my brother's birthday last week. It was a good test cause he and I are Star-Trek-trivia-winning nerds, but the rest of the group were decidedly not. Everyone had a great time. It's not so much an escape room as a bridge mission simulator. We got ourselves blown up a couple times before figuring out a) how everything functioned and how each role supported each other and b) how to function and communicate effectively as a team. In that respect, it was a very successful entertainment and learning experience! And my brother got to say Engage" and "Make it so" a bunch of times. So everyone wins.The concept was well executed especially for the first gen. The systems were all tied together much better than I'd imagined

This is my absolute favourite place for escape rooms! We did: the Haunting of Noriko, the Ark, Pathogen.Would recommend all three. The quality of the rooms are top notch and you’ll be happy to know that none of the rooms feature those stupid bicycle locks as a puzzle. Staff was friendly and helpful as they explained all the different endings.ABSOLUTELY recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed.
