Horrible experience with the lady in the education department. She spoke with such a condescending tone that it completely ruined my day. Wow. Just wow.

Very bad experience. The front girl very very rude. I didn’t even complete my sentence and she said we are not taking walk-in. I didn’t go there to meet anyone. I just had couple of questions that’s all. With her rude behaviour I walked out by saying ok thanks. And as I was walking out she kept saying have a good day and sorry and thanks. All that. Because I think she felt bad after kicking me out. Her body language said F OFF and leave. Just because they work for RECA doesn’t mean they can tell everyone to F OFF. RECA makes money off people who do the course. So please treat them good as customers/clients. Business runs with clients money. Which I was going to be one or my family member. So please treat everyone how you would like to be treated. Don’t become RECA police. I give them 0 meaning no star at all. They are sitting in fancy office because of public money, so don’t forget that.

I had contacted Peter to assist me with an ongoing issue with a friend. He’s not the most compassionate of people but his advice was dead on and of great assistance.Thanks Peter

If you are calling this place good luck getting anything done. You will be not welcomed by a wall of a person that will talk before you can ask a question. She is incredible impatient and if you do ask a question she will make sure you regret it. Never seen a receptionist so mean in my life. I am not saying this after experiencing one but multiple times at different occasions. So rather than calling just email them at least you wont talk to the Karen. Good luck!

J'ai fait plusieurs transactions avec Maitre Fondacaro. il est très professionnel , toujours extrêmement bien préparé, de bon conseil et l'expérience est toujours plaisante car il a une belle personnalité. On est entre de bonnes mains avec lui. Service en anglais et en Français. je le recommande fortement.

Very poor communication. I signed a limited retainer with Balatidis Legal for a real estate issue post closing. Communication was good up until the retainer was paid, and then dropped of. The limited retainer was for a letter of opinion. This was provided with recommendations, but all attempts to follow up with Peter regarding the recommendations were ignored. There was no response to requests for next steps to implement the recommendations, or even to confirm whether he was still retained. I am now starting again and seeking new representation. Very unprofessional. You don't expect to get ghosted by your legal representation.
