Fluctuating invoice amounts despite a service contract that says I should be charged otherwise.Suddenly attempting to charge me a fuel surcharge despite a service contract being in place for years prior. Wont respond to my letters asking to provide legal authority to charge outside of the service contract and the fact that they have not set foot on my property to service anything for over 2 years.Otis is coming off as very scammy.*they waved the fuel charge" but in reality they knew they didn't have a legal leg to stand on when concerning this charge and it was clear that I was gearing up for judicial escalation if they wanted to go further with this absurdity."

Prompt and courteous service. I received a quote within minutes of calling, and installation took place the following day. Prices were reasonable. The installer was professional and completed the job efficiently. We're happy with the quality of equipment and feel that our family member is safer - which is the most important part!

Terrible service in our small (5 floors )condo building. Elevator keeps breaking down and Otis can’t identify the problem. Also they did not check to see that the elevator phone and alarm were working. They weren’t. So far the elevator has stalled twice with people stuck inside.

Icon is terrific. Marshall brings an amazing skill-set, fast response, and honest conduct. Icon doesn’t hold you to long term contracts you can’t get out of. They don’t need to do that, because they’ll give you no reason to switch providers. The service is night and day from other providers, and best of all our downtime has been greatly reduced since switched our monthly maintenance contract to Icon.I love these guys.

I was happy with there service and my lift works great. Office staff were courteous and helpful. Nore, if you are considering a ramp I would suggest that you consider a lift because it takes up much less space and is probably more economical and more versatile than a ramp.

I love the sleek and modern design. This will be a great center piece in our home. Can’t wait. Beam me up Scotty!
