Chocolate cafe

Cute little shop in beautiful sainte Anne’s boardwalk - the server (or owner?) was wonderful and took his time making us such beautiful treats (I got the waffle stick which was delicious! Chocolate and waffle - what’s not to love?) Highly recommend!

I am not happy with their service at all. I paid for some souvenirs that costed $56 and then found out they offer a 10% discounts for CAA membership. They didn’t even ask if I was a CAA member at checkout. They refused to refund me and redo the transaction because they apparently can’t reverse transactions which I find absolutely impossible for any shops. Be aware that if you ever do go eat or shop there, if your food turn out to be bad or you’re allergic to something, you will not get your money back. I am extremely disappointed to the point I don’t want the items at all whatsoever.

Came for a bag of coffee and was pleasantly surprised at the array of premier chocolate! Asian gentlemen was a pleasure to deal with and had many recommendations and was knowledgeable of product. OH AND THE CHOCOLATE IS DAT SLAP-YO-MAMA KIND OF GOOD!!

If you have visited Belgium, you will know the most popular and reasonably priced chocolates are Leonidas. And, unlike most NA cities, we can easily get them here in Ottawa. That is why I love Cafe Delice. It has two shops, one on Kent and a new location on Bank. They have the full array of Leonidas chocolates but also serve fabulous coffees, pastries and quirky sandwiches in a low key, friendly environment. By far, my go to place for morning coffee, cheap lunch, coffee break or chocolates for the office. Almost makes returning to the office worth the commute.

Went there to get some work done, it's located 5 mins from Sherbrooke metro station. Very accessible as they also have a place to store your bike. There is a lot of space to sit and the coffee is great. I ordered a Cortado. Great for all ocasions.

Horrible customer service. The one younger barista that seems to always be there with the owner is extremely rude & the owner just listened & did nothing. Prices are expensive but the coffee & cookie that i had were quite good. unfortunately won’t be returning due to it being horribly run. I have also heard from others how rude she is so it isn’t just a one off day.i left feeling quite belittled & embarrassed.really cute coffee shop. do better.

Delicious chocolate, friendly staff! Pender bark is definitely a must have!
