I saw them not honestly backing up a warranty

I recently purchased a vehicle here with Sara. I sat down with Sara and let her know about my less than perfect situation and wanting to trade in a car holding negative equity. She got to work right away and had a plan that worked for my situation in a vehicle that I fell in love with instantly. She worked hard to make the numbers work for me and was professional and extremely nice and understanding the entire process. I would highly recommend going to see Sara if you were looking to get into a Ford.

Horrible experience. I have purchased a jeep Compass from Gary and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Gary was quite friendly during the sale, so we thought nothing of the jeep having a check engine light on. After the purchase is when the nightmare started happening. The jeep had constant serious safety issues that were nowhere mentioned during the sale. We took it to the repair shops multiple times only to find out it was electrical issues. The warranty bought didn't cover a single cent, leaving us with thousands of dollars out of pocket and without a working car. When we approached Gary with this issue, he started showing his true self. He was insulting, very angry and basically shouting at us, and quite scary to be brutally honest.After coming back again, we see Gary shouting at another customer, calling him stupid etc.The multiple repair shops all mentioned not to put another dollar into it, and to basically scrap it.I honestly can't believe how many positive reviews this place has...I hope this honest review helps anyone looking for a used car. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemies.
