Extended stay hotel

Our swim team stayed for an away meet at International Aquatic Centre for 4 nights. The service was amazing. They made sure all swimmers were on the same floor with the chaperones. The parking spots were well organized and secured. Even when they run out spots, they coordinated with a public parking in front of the hotel for gusts. The room is spacious for 2-3 people with full size fridge and dish washer, decent size of microwave oven and dish washer. The breakfast buffet even had make your own waffles!The location was perfect for the meet - a few minutes walk to the aquatic centre and water front and good restaurants. We would like to stay again!

De l'extérieur l'immeuble semble un peu bisard, mais une fois à l'intérieur, on y trouve des appartements très classe. Parfaitement décoré, panier de bienvenu, cuisine bien équipée, etc. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.Aussi, l'immeuble est situé à quelques minutes d'un grand carfour commercial.

It was my first trip to Windsor and chose to stay at the TownPlace Suites after reading its reviews.It is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel and I was glad that I chose this hotel and it's very centrally located.The staff were wonderful, the room was perfect and the breakfast variety was great!I know where i'm staying the next time I'm in Windsor.Special thanks to Alessia, Travis and Samantha for making my stay truly memorable.Cheers!

The condo where I stayed was well managed and close to grocery shopping and the bus stop. The amenities were also good as there was a playground for kids, indoor pool, gym and library. The rooms were also adequately equipped with utensils and small appliances to settle in quickly. The team- Maryam and Jessica were very hospitable, responded to enquiries in time and were very helpful and friendly. My suggestion is that the cleaning could be better before check in. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend and book again!

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel. We were very happy with our experience and would be glad to share that with anyone considering this place.I booked this hotel through Google, and I thought I'd give it some feedback on the original platform.We were traveling by car. One major concern for us when looking for a hotel in the area was free parking. Not too many hotels in Quebec City offer free parking. This is an issue, especially when you are driving internationally. Hotel Universel offers ample and safe parking on the side parking lot. That, along with the down-to earth room prices, was a major factor for us.We had 2 really nice surprises:1. Our room came with a jacuzzi, which was not initially advertised and was a big bonus. When you spend the day walking around, it is absolutely magical to relax there a bit. Very happy with that!2. The staff - super kind and friendly people - gave us free bus tickets for the entire city network - for the duration of our entire stay there. This was absolutely incredible and highly appreciated - it helped us tremendously when exploring the area. The bus network is really good in Quebec City. There is a bus every 10-15 minutes to take you virtually anywhere (even to Montmorency Falls!!!). The good old Google Maps App does a pretty good job giving you directions about bus routes, timing, etc. No need for any additional apps whatsoever. Needless to say, even with the hotel's relatively remote location from Downtown Quebec City, the free bus tickets were a huge perk we were not expecting and truly appreciate. We were told this was something new the management was just introducing, and I hope they keep it, because it is very convenient and works really well.Our room was clean, with ample of storage - even a small fridge. If you prefer to buy some food and store it there, there is a huge supermarket just a block away from the hotel - La Pyramide (see the photo below).We had a balcony overlooking the indoor Aqua park, but since we were outside most of the time, we never really got to use it. Speaking of the Aqua Park, the kids noise and the smell of chlorine can be a problem for some people. We were fine with that - with our doors closed we had no issues whatsoever.Overall, our experience was great, and we would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a great place to stay in Montreal. Great location, good service and the room had everything we needed to spend 3 days (very complete kitchenware). The only thing was that room had some dirty towels that were left on the floor when we arrived, that was quickly fixed by the people in front office however it didn't give us the best first impression.It is located in downtown so please expect some noise, luckily they provide ear plugs which I consider a thoughtful detail.

Front counter staff was wonderful, fast and efficient. Offered a free grab and go breakfast when I had no time to grab breakfast. Free shuttle is a little lax so get the earlier one. Rooms were fantastic, spacious, clean and the 10th view was wonderful.

I dont even think this place deserves 1 star, but I cant give a lower rating. My stay lasted all of 3 minutes. I walked in to check the room, found the baseboard heater in pieces, and crusted with very old dirt(and god knows what else) the carpet was filthy and mouldy, and room stunk like someone had died in it(very recently) I wasnt even willing to put my bag down. I quickly got out of there, argued for a reimbursement(which I'm still waiting for confirmation of, from my credit card company), and found myself better accomodations.

I rented this unit because my son had a baseball tournament last weekend. It is perfect for tournaments. Full kitchen lets you cook as little or as much as you want. Very spacious especially if it is just 2 people. Full, real bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Unheard of in a hotel" for this price range. Amazing views of the city and pin-drop quiet. The service was exceptional. They were very accommodating and friendly. Great concept and great execution

Homewood Suites is located at the prime location of Sudbury. It is a bit old and needs updating. The Guest Services Manager who checked me in is nice and friendly. We chatted for some time, which eventually I forgot to ask about my complementary water as a Diamond Hilton Honors member. The room is clean, but the furniture needs to be replaced. The sofa is outdated, and the ottoman is full of pet scratches. It sends out negative messages to the guests. The bed, however, is comfy. We slept soundly except for the time when the alarm was set on around 5am. We were forced to wake up, and that was not the plan. I enjoyed the breakfast. The kitchen staff were great and super friendly. She helps us in every way. It feels like home. The area was clean and well maintained , and I could not help but clean up my mess. We have met a super nice and friendly housekeeping attendant in the elevator. Her smile brightens up our day. Thank you all for a warm welcome and great service. You are awesome. I forgot to fill out the catch me at my best, sorry. To the General Manager...you have great staff, please look after them and make them happy. If the staff are happy at work, it shows in their faces. You all deserve to be caught.. next time, guys be bold and introduce yourself. The guest might forget to ask your names.
