Samantha was super helpful with helping me find a pair of glasses that suit my face and my style. She also helped to make sure u was able to get my glasses before I moved and everybody was very helpful and communicated with me to keep me updated on my glasses. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Truly fantastic!

I don't know what happened to Inga because she was the only good one there. I would rather dig around in garbage looking for glasses and try my luck with those than visit here again

Had a really confusing rude experience… I had two friends who recommended this place to me. First off he didn’t greet us when we walked in or pay much attention to us ( there was no one in the store btw, only us) but that was fine, was thinking maybe he wanted to give us space to look amongst ourselves. He still helped us take the glasses out after we asked which was much appreciated. We walked in wanting to purchase glasses obviously and was trying on around 6- 10 max styles of glasses ( which i don’t think is unreasonable we only kept the ones we wanted to purchase and compare out on the table and told him nicely to put the ones we didn’t want back in the drawers so we don’t make a mess)…My friend had 2 glasses out that she was deciding between. When i asked to try one more on at 4:42 pm he told me “ sorry we are closed”. And my friend by that time decided on the one she wanted to purchase already but he said again we’re closed. She wanted to take a picture so she can remember for next time and he said no pictures and grabbed the glasses from her, which is fine, we gave the glasses back and left. we respect the stores policies if no pics then no pics but really didn’t have to be that rude. Also Google says they’re closed at 6??? and while we left we drove by and we saw the store open with more customers inside. So confused to why he kicked us out…. Absolutely no idea at all why. Left the store with a head full of question marks???? First time experiencing such bad customer service. So rude.

The staff are very professional and friendly. The owner himself is AMZING to work with!They were giving me updates on my glasses from start to finish and they products are just A+Definitely the best optical place in London by far!! Thank you guys for your service!!!!

I have been there to look for frames as another customer said on this thread attitude need to be kept at home, I was trying to open the door, one staff saw me she didn’t even shown there is a sticker on the door she was staring at me and was acting like busy. I have called the number after finding it on the door and the staff who picked up the phone said they will only allow customers with an appointment. They are full for the day and I can see there are barely 2 people inside. They acts like they are the only ones in town who sells glasses. Never going back for anything again to these guys. Very bad experience. There is another nice place in the Kitchener Fairway mall called Lens crafters, nice selection and better customer service experience.

Thank you for saving my eyes!In our savvy Internet world, it’s tempting to ‘just’ buy things online from whoever’s cheapest. Like you, I face those temptations, too. But what’s missing from the whole ‘just buy it online’ equation, is the importance of great, frankly legendary, customer service. That’s something previous generations took for granted and now is sorely absent.No more is this more important than with your eyes. I recently had the pleasure (and frankly great eye-saving fortune) of going to Rumi Optical. The owner ‘Moe’ clearly takes great pride in his store and is a polite, jovial, ‘no bull’ type of fellow in a small town sort of way that I thought only existed in Hallmark movies.But where the real story begins (at least for me) is when I was assessed by his Optometrist, Dr. Ghazi. Dr. Ghazi is thorough with a capital ‘T.’ And this makes sense, as Dr. Ghazi was an eye surgeon in Iran before immigrating to Canada. Suffice to say, at the periphery of my retinas, Dr. Ghazi spotted retina holes (something not spotted by another optometrist only a year back at a fancy mall I had gone to). Immediately, Dr. Ghazi made a referral for me to a retina surgeon he knew to be good. Moe, for his part, then followed up with the surgeon’s office on my behalf, ensuring I would be treated in a timely fashion. Less than a week later, I found myself in a surgeon’s office and Dr. Nixon (the eye surgeon at VGH, a visiting fellow for Dr. Mammo) agreed with Dr. Ghazi’s assessment coming to the same conclusion with his equipment and scheduled me for emergency laser surgery about 45 minutes later.And future blindness averted.If you value your eyes – please take the time to go to the experts at Rumi Optical. Their prices are fair, their service outstanding. I bought top-notch glasses and contacts from them and have been thrilled with both. I particularly like the ‘small town’ feel of the office and that Moe knows me by name when I come in. If I could give an extra star, I would.

Just called to see what the process was to get some nose pads replace. First call I was hung up on. Second call nothing but attitude not a customer friendly service. I called the Pickering location and it was 100% better.

Amazing care, super lovely people. Clean and very accomodating! I will definitely be going back again!

Worst experience. Walked in the Hespeler store at 6:43 pm, the salesperson refused to serve saying we would close in 5 minutes". I requested I can just look around
