I placed my order April 21. Paid for expedited shipping but I still have not received my prescription. Also, I’ve called and sent emails without any satisfaction.

Was good until order did not arrive on time. Called to find out why and discovered they had lost my order. When I asked if they would pay for expedite delivery it was refused. Had to order more (expensive) meds from local pharm due to this error. Mistakes happen but no effort made to apologize and/or mitigate my additional costs.
