Gerici was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered a minor issue during the pick up process. Thanks to her help throughout the entire experience, the process was smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated her assistance and positive attitude.

Very good customer. everybody there are friendly attentive and professional.Went there a few months ago just to take look and ended up getting a test drive right away with the help a stuff. Now I am an owner of a brand new Tesla.Overall, I am very happy with the service and quick response from Tesla team at Yorkdale.

The car is great.Not sure if it is cause they are under staffed but the attention to customer service needs help. The customer service is non-existent and they don't care if you buy or not. Or if they lose out on a 69k sale to save $250 dollars.

I had extremely wonderful experience for my test drive on model Y on today at Tesla Yorkdale. I am a stay home mom super busy with 2 kids including one newborn at this stage. I barely can go out with my husband in relax mode for major purchase. My husband purchased car and I haven’t get chance to test drive and knowing the car. Short notice was given at Yorkdale Tesla on today for their kindly consideration on test drive if there is availability opened in last minute. And they made my day. I had memorable moments when my husband went on test drive with me and showed me the magic of the car. I still remembered the wow moment when I was sitting in the car. People are like a solid foundation make the brand shine. Thank you Tesla Yorkdale to make my day. Most of time buying a product is not only we need it, we BELIVE and we TRUST it.

The staff were very courteous. Explained to me everything I had asked them exceptionally well.They had cars on display and you can enter them freely. Heck you could play the music in the car if you wished.I believe this was the only dealership visited that had the performance model for display and it was red. Cool place, though the Oakville Tesla dealer is my favorite spot.Just like much of the dealerships I visited, had a great experience.

It was good experience. Agents are usually walking around and you can ask anyone any question during the time of delivery. Do make sure to check everything. Whole Tesla team was very welcoming and helpful. Overall smooth purchasing experience. And yes, Car itself is amazing!

Unfortunately, not impressed by this Tesla location. It is too small for the traffic it receives, including not having enough parking for customers. In addition, it appears understaffed without anyone greeting you or pointing out where to go to actually get some assistance.Considering the price of the vehicles, I would strongly recommend Tesla obtain a large location, possibly in the nearby auto mall, and hire more staff.

Very knowledgeable staff. They use the absolute best mounting and balancing equipment. They are Trustworthy. What more needs to be said. If you care about your vehicle, this is the place you want to bring it.

Promised to give the next car week and after putting some down payment the rep told me that the car is not available because of some ports strike. Why was this not communicated to me before putting the down payment. I told my old car relying on Tesla, now we do not have a car and my handicapped father and mother has to take a cab. This is not done here, I am going to write names of the reps who made false promises to us.PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOWROOM as they cannot keep up to their promises. Was my first time coming here (have the car since Jan. 2020 and never needed any maintenance until today). Quite frankly, reading some of the reviews here, i was scared to have a bad experience.Total opposite. Excellent service from start to finish. All smiles when you come in, great welcome at the counter. Waiting room so clean and big so plenty of space to work quietly.Nothing to hide, we did a test drive together. Discussed the diagnosis. They said it would take another 2 hours but it was fine for me since i brought my laptop to work. Was supposed to have the car ready for 7pm, they completed the repairs at 6:10pm! They re-programmed my valet keys for free and clearly gave the inside of my car (where they touched) a cleaning because it smelt nice and fresh inside and the dash had no more dust hahaAmazing service, great staff. Im very satisfied.
