The coat I purchased is gorgeous and the scarf was a nice surprise as they had a special promotion on the week I was at the showroom. The scarf arrived via FedEx and was beautifully packaged; this company knows how to present their merchandise. The staff at the showroom and via email were professional, helpful and friendly.
