My first appointment with Dr. Sigalas was in March. But after the appointment over the phone, I called his office a few times so that they would fax the prescription to my pharmacy. They didn’t. At last, I went to my pharmacy on two different days, and two different pharmacists called them. At last, they faxed the prescription to the primacy, and it took more than 10 days just to get the prescription. This’s not only incompetence and negligence, but this’s also harassment, but patients are so helpless in this pandemic.My second appointment was set up for April. I got two calls from his office that Dr. Sigalas would call me between 4 pm to 6 pm on the day of the appointment. Nobody called me - neither Dr. Sigalas nor his office. Then I called his office the next day and his office’s outgoing voice message said, “We’re closed due to Orthodox Easter until May 4, Tuesday.I don’t know what should I do.This type of doctor is hurting our communities. Please revoke his medical license and business license.I marked you down because you, as a society, aren't monitoring the performance of your members.
